| The calcination process of the rotary kiln is a key link in the production of cement clinker.The temperature control effect of the rotary kiln directly affects the content of free calcium oxide,thereby affecting the quality of cement clinker.However,the working conditions of the rotary kiln are complicated,and the temperature setting and control of most domestic cement enterprises are still in the stage of manual adjustment for the temperature setting and control of the rotary kiln.As a result,the operator’s control of the temperature of the rotary kiln is greatly affected by personal subjective factors,resulting in the failure of the rotary kiln.It is difficult to maintain the best firing state for a long time;in addition,the rotary kiln system has a lot of testing equipment,which generates large-scale operation data,and a large amount of data has not been fully utilized to guide actual production.Therefore,the research on the temperature control system of cement rotary kiln based on models and rules is of great significance to the stable production and quality improvement of cement clinker.For the above problems,this paper starts with the research status of the temperature control of the rotary kiln,based on the process and data analysis,combined with data-driven modeling,fuzzy rules,and expert system technology,designs a cement rotary kiln temperature control system scheme based on models and rules,and realizes Set and control the temperature of the rotary kiln;and then use the object-oriented programming strategy to realize the software development of the cement rotary kiln temperature control system.The main research content of this paper is as follows:(1)Cement production process introduction and data preprocessing.First,according to the cement clinker firing process,the online data of the DCS operating system and the offline detection data of the laboratory are selected to characterize the working conditions of the rotary kiln;secondly,according to the data characteristics of the selected variables,the corresponding denoising and filtering methods are selected for data preprocessing,and Complete the matching of DCS data and laboratory data on different time scales.(2)Temperature setting of cement rotary kiln based on model and rules.The rotary kiln temperature setting system uses the rotary kiln temperature setting model based on PSO-ELM to give the temperature setting value,establishes a temperature compensation model based on fuzzy rules according to the kiln current state,and establishes an expert rule based on the raw material state and free calcium state.The temperature compensation model compensates the temperature setting value of the rotary kiln,and finally obtains the optimal setting value of the rotary kiln temperature.Then the temperature setting system of the rotary kiln is simulated and verified.The simulation shows that when the clinker is under-burned,the given temperature setting value is higher than the actual value;when the clinker is over-burned,the given temperature setting value is higher than the actual value.to be low.(3)Temperature control of cement rotary kiln based on model and rules.The feature extraction of the rotary kiln data is carried out,and on the basis of the data feature extraction,a PSO-ELM-based kiln head coal feeding and raw material cutting increment given model is established.Summarize the rules of abnormal working conditions of the rotary kiln and the control rules of the temperature of the rotary kiln,combined with the given model of coal feeding at the kiln head and raw material cutting increment,an expert system for cement rotary kiln temperature control is established to realize the working condition identification and temperature control of the rotary kiln.Then the temperature control of the rotary kiln is simulated and verified,and the simulation shows that the control method in this paper is more timely and reasonable than manual adjustment.(4)Cement rotary kiln temperature control system software development.The software consists of a data communication and storage module,a main interface,a variable status module,a variable range module,a key variable trend module,and a query module.The system software is written in C# language under the environment of Visual Studio2015,and the corresponding database is established under SQL Server2012 to complete the cement Rotary kiln temperature control software development work,and carried out example verification in the field. |
