Cement rotary kiln is one of the most important equipments in cement industry,mainly used for clinker firing.The control effect of rotary kiln's temperature will directly influence the quality of clinker,and then the quality of cement.Now most of kilns adopt preheating,resolved and cooled outside,which is called dry rotary kiln technology,it has made great progress than wet kiln.With the development of cement industry,especially the rise of artificial intelligence,demanding on automation of rotary kiln become higher.Now cement industry mainly adopts DCS to realize distance control internal or abroad,the automation level is not advanced enough.Many production lines still rely on the operator's practical experience to adjust the parameters with the scene.There are still many defaults,such as control accuracy is not enough,the quality of cement is not stability,energy consumption is still high and adjusting time is too long,etc.In the thesis,the kiln's control system is integral designed,adoping DCS control system with PROFIBUS+PLC,ascertaining the basic structure of the system,including system monitoring part,intermediate control part and field acting part.SIMATIC WinCC V14 is chosen to be configuration software for the control system,SIEMENS PLC/S7-400-2DP to be as the main controller,besides the assistant PLC controller and relative module hardware are chosen according to market mainstream situation.The thesis supplys I/O show about the kiln and pre-heater control system according to the experience,choosing the hardware and software on pressure and temperature and metering device and other equipment required by the control system.Then it leads the fuzzy control technology into rotary kiln's temperature control system,ascertaining fuzzy rule query table and making fuzzy inference machine and establishing decision tables in MATLAB software,at the same time supplying the input-output surface maps,and making data analysis,the result shows that rotary kiln's temperature Fuzzy control has lower overshoot,better robust and less adjusting time,compared to traditional PID control.At last the designed system is used for actual production process,according to the related data shows,it can satisfy the requirement of clinker rotary kiln control.
