Research On The Impact Of Producer Service Industry Agglomeration On The Industrial Ecological Efficiency Of Urban Agglomeration

The ’ 14 th Five-Year Plan ’ and the long-term goal outline of 2035 put forward that the development of urban agglomerations should be taken as the starting point to play the role of power source of economic development.Urban agglomeration is an important carrier to give full play to the advantages of China ’s super-large-scale market.It plays an important role in strengthening regional cooperation,expanding internal and external opening up,and boosting regional economic growth.At the same time,the ecological environment test faced by urban agglomerations in the process of rapid economic development is also a microcosm of the ecological problems in the overall development of China.How to solve the problem of disharmony between industrial development and ecology in the five urban agglomerations proposed in the 14 th FiveYear Plan is of great significance to other urban agglomerations in China and the national economic development.As an important strategic support point for China to cope with global industrial competition,producer services have the attributes of strong cross-border service,fast factor flow and high industrial correlation,which can promote industrial structure optimization and resource allocation efficiency.Therefore,this paper focuses on the impact of producer services agglomeration on the industrial ecoefficiency of urban agglomerations.First of all,on the basis of systematically combing the existing relevant theories and literature,this paper analyzes the relevant contents of industrial eco-efficiency and producer service industry agglomeration,including the definition of industrial ecoefficiency and producer service industry,and the theoretical basis and related principles of the impact of producer service industry agglomeration on industrial eco-efficiency of urban agglomeration.Secondly,based on the panel data of 93 cities in the five major urban agglomerations of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta,Middle Yangtze River and Chengdu-Chongqing from 2010 to 2019,an industrial ecoefficiency measurement index system is established,and the super-efficiency SBM model is used to measure the industrial eco-efficiency of the five major urban agglomerations.The agglomeration level of producer services is measured by location quotient.Based on the measurement data and the actual situation,the industrial ecoefficiency level and the agglomeration degree of producer services in the five major urban agglomerations are analyzed.Finally,the panel regression model and the spatial Durbin model are used to analyze the impact of producer services agglomeration on the industrial eco-efficiency of urban agglomerations and the spatial spillover effect,which confirms the previous theoretical analysis results,and combines the research content to propose producer services.Relevant research suggestions for promoting industrial ecoefficiency in urban agglomerations.The final research results of this paper show that :(1)There are great differences in the level of industrial eco-efficiency in the process of economic development in the five major urban agglomeration regions and internal cities.The industrial ecoefficiency level of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations is low on the whole,but there is a good recovery trend in recent years;the difference between cities is also obvious.The level of industrial ecological efficiency in some core cities is low,and the driving force of regional industrial ecological level cannot be shown.(2)The agglomeration degree index of the three major urban agglomerations of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta is greater than 1 all the year round,while the agglomeration degree of producer services in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomerations is relatively backward among the five major urban agglomerations.(3)Through theoretical analysis and empirical test results,it can be considered that the overall agglomeration of the producer service industry and the agglomeration of various industries within the producer service industry can significantly promote the improvement of regional industrial eco-efficiency;and the agglomeration of producer services has a positive spatial spillover effect on the improvement of regional industrial ecological efficiency,but its significance level is low,which also reflects that the driving effect of producer services agglomeration in the five major urban agglomerations on the improvement of industrial ecological efficiency in the surrounding areas is not ideal,and it needs to be supported and adjusted by policy means.Based on this,the research finally puts forward suggestions from the perspectives of development concept,core city driving,talent innovation mechanism and promoting integrated development.
