| The connection between railway industry and other modes of transportation is deepening.As an important node in railway freight transportation system,the ability of risk discrimination and hidden danger identification is very important in the operation process.However,due to the late start of intelligent reform of railway freight yard,there are still some problems such as backward technical equipment and insufficient application of intelligent equipment.At present,by using Internet of Things technology,communication and data exchange with the Internet is an effective means to achieve intelligence.The combination of railway freight yard and Internet of Things technology is helpful to promote the digital transformation of railway logistics industry.Therefore,this paper develops a railway freight yard security supervision system based on the Internet of Things and geographic location tracking technology to realize the security supervision of railway freight yard and improve the safety management level and intelligent operation level of railway freight yard.Firstly,this paper introduces the concepts and key technology of the development and application of railway freight yard security supervision system.The system adopts B/S structure,JS map open-source framework and network electronic fence technology to assist the design and implementation of the system.Among them,B/S structure design can enable users to log in to the system in real time on different devices,upload,view and analyze production data in time,to realize rapid data transmission and sharing.Map open-source framework and network electronic fence technology help solve the positioning management problem of railway freight yard and improve the spatial information processing ability and network connectivity.Secondly,combined with the above technologies,this paper analyzes the requirements of the security supervision system in the actual working environment of the railway freight yard,and determines the main functions of the modules such as online inspection,access control visitor management,security alarm and geographic location tracking,and the coupling between them.The overall process design of the system function structure is completed.Then,a railway freight yard security supervision system based on the positioning of the Internet of Things was developed,including terminal hardware and program design,database construction and design,the program design of the front and back ends,etc.The related tests of each unit and the whole are carried out,focusing on the design and experimental verification of two modules: positioning terminal and security supervision system.In the design of positioning terminal,GT-U8 module with ultra-small and ultra-low power consumption is used to receive GPS signals from satellites,calculate the longitude,latitude,altitude and other position information of the module,and then transmit these information to other devices to realize data acquisition of positioning information;The design and implementation of the front-end page of the security supervision system is completed in Visual Studio Code Editor,and the location matching display is carried out by calling Gaud map API and stored in the database,to realize the man-machine interaction and information management of the location information of people,vehicles,and equipment in the freight yard.Finally,through verification,it is concluded that the railway freight yard security supervision system developed by comprehensive use of Internet of Things and geographic location tracking technology can realize the comprehensive supervision of railway freight yard.This supervision mode has the characteristics of real-time,high efficiency and accuracy,which can improve the safety management level of freight yards and promote the transformation and upgrading of logistics enterprises.In the future,the security supervision system can further strengthen the supervision system of railway freight yards by combining new technologies such as 5G and blockchain. |
