Reheating furnace is not only an important equipment,but also one of the equipment with large energy consumption in hot rolling production.With the shortage of energy supply and the growth of energy demand,the contradiction between excessive energy consumption and limited environmental carrying capacity has become increasingly prominent.Through the optimization of the heating temperature of the reheating furnace,it is of great significance to obtain the best heating system,optimize the control of the reheating furnace,reduce energy consumption and improve the heating quality of products.By simplifying the zone method model and analyzing the heat transfer process in reheating furnace,the "ternary model" of the furnace is established.The non-uniform grid and uniform grid are used to mesh the furnace wall and slab respectively,and the finite difference method is used to discretize the heat conduction equation of the furnace wall and slab.Aiming at the complex characteristics of multi-dimensional and multi constraint of furnace temperature,this paper uses particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize the furnace temperature with heating quality of slab and the minimum energy consumption as the objective and the industrial requirements in the production process as the constraint conditions,so as to avoid the problem of slow calculation speed and the influence of initial value when solving such problems in classical optimization algorithms.The heat process of the furnace is always simulated by using the fuel input as the input condition to obtain the temperature field in the furnace based on the zone method.In this paper,a method of directly solving the fuel quantity by furnace temperature system is proposed,It solves the problem that the method of solving temperature field based on fuel quantity needs to iterate the mathematical model of heating furnace,correct the initial fuel quantity,and the calculation time longer.The feasibility and accuracy of the method are verified under different working conditions;Combined with the optimal furnace temperature curve and the model of directly solving the natural quantity,the optimal heating system under different production in the heating furnace economic zone is obtained.The results of this study provide the basis and reference for the establishment of intelligent design standard and heating system of heating furnace.
