| Logging winch is a special device for oil field,which is mainly used for logging test.It plays the role of collecting and storing logging cables and pipelines.The characteristics of good safety,wide power range and large lifting load of logging winch make it widely used in logging field.However,due to the harsh working environment and narrow space of the offshore oil production platform,it is not suitable for large and complex winches to work on the platform.In view of the above problems,in order to make the logging winch can adapt to various types of offshore oil production platforms and improve the performance of the winch,this paper improves the structure of the winch,designs the power source and transmission system of the winch,realizes the compact design of the winch and improves the performance of the winch.The main research contents of this paper are as follows.(1)This paper analyzes the plastic deformation and service life of the existing hydraulic control pipeline.Through the analysis of the plastic deformation law and the number of ’bending-straightening ’ times of the hydraulic control pipeline on the drum,the optimal bending radius of the hydraulic control pipeline wound on the winch drum is determined to be150 mm.Using this radius as the radius of the winch drum can reduce the volume of the winch drum and increase the capacity of the winch drum.On the basis of the rope capacity,the plastic deformation of the hydraulic control pipeline is reduced and the performance of the hydraulic control pipeline is improved.(2)The drum,brake system and wire arrangement mechanism of winch are designed.Through the analysis and calculation of the working parameters of the drum,it is determined that the design meets the requirements of the winch.The braking system of the winch drum is designed,and the brake pad is used to brake the edge of the drum hub.Aiming at the complex problem of manual line arrangement of winch,the process of line arrangement of winch is controlled by hydraulic motor,which improves the efficiency and quality of line arrangement.The clamping mechanism of the pipe fitting is designed to solve the problem that the drum cable is loose when the winch is not in use.The finite element analysis of the pipe parts of the winch is carried out to ensure that the structure can meet the design requirements.Through the design of the above structure,the performance of the winch is greatly improved.(3)The hydraulic control system and power source of winch are designed.The drive motor of the winch is selected and verified.Compared with the way of using the built-in diesel engine of the winch as the power source,the weight of the winch is greatly reduced.The key components such as hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor of hydraulic system are selected and verified.(4)The performance of the designed logging winch drum is verified by experiments,which ensures the stability of the hydraulic control pipeline when winding on the logging winch drum. |
