China is a country with large coal consumption,and coal plays a decisive role in China's energy structure.Due to the deep burial characteristics of coal mines in China,the probability of safety accident in the coal mine is much higher than foreign countries.A reliable and practical emergency rescue system can safely and quickly lift trapped people to the ground when a safety accident occurs in the coal mine.At present,most of the winches in the emergency rescue system are designed according to other industry standards,and this type of winch is not very suitable for emergency rescue.Aiming at the specific situation of emergency rescue,the following aspects are studied for hydraulic lifting winch system for emergency rescue of vertical shaft.According to the specific situation of emergency rescue,the overall scheme of the emergency rescue system was analyzed and demonstrated.In view of the fact that the volume of the conventional hydraulic winch drum is too large,based on the design standards of winch drum in related industries,a method for miniaturizing the hydraulic winch drum in the vertical rescue system is proposed.That can effectively reduce the volume of the drum.After the drum design wascompleted,the strength and stiffness of the roll were checked by theoretical analysis and finite element analysis.The control methods of hydraulic winches mostly are open-loop manual control and simple PID closed-loop control.The degree of smooth operation of the hydraulic winch,especially the degree of smoothness during decentralization is entirely dependent on the experience of the driver,and the problem of low automation level,This paper designs a hydraulic control system that is controlled by PLC and PID controller.After completing the selection of the hydraulic valve,a mathematical model of the main circuit of the hydraulic system was established,and the dynamic performance of the main circuit of the hydraulic system was analyzed.Then the hydraulic winch automatic control system model was established in the AMESim,which is a hydraulic simulation software.The lowering of the winch was simulated.Finally,A balloon-type rescue capsule was designed.The type of vehicle carrying the hydraulic winch system was selected,and the layout of the hydraulic winch system on the vehicle chassis was completed.
