| Combination sofas can be seen everywhere in public spaces such as shopping malls,leisure areas,and reception areas.These sofas are collectively referred to as public space combination sofas.The module combination between the public space combination sofas is flexible and comfortable,but its overall shape is large and the combination is loose.The parts and hardware parts also tend to be diversified and complicated,and there is a lack of representative connection methods.Therefore,it is necessary to solve the problem of complex disassembly and assembly and scattered combination,so as to better provide activities for the public space scene.In order to solve the problem of disassembly and assembly of combined sofa in public space,based on the classification characteristics of public space and the characteristics of connection mode,starting from the sofa wood frame structure,this paper uses the analysis tools and thinking tools of TRIZ theory to effectively divergent thinking in the design conception stage,and uses the solving tools of TRIZ theory to accurately locate the corresponding TRIZ invention principle in the design practice stage.Based on the public space combination sofa case,the existing combination sofa connection method and the patent,aiming at the design problem of the combination sofa connection method,combined with the technical contradiction matrix table of TRIZ theory,the invention principle suitable for this design is obtained,and the final ideal solution is obtained.The main results of this paper are as follows:(1)For the classification of public space combination sofa specific analysis and elaboration,summarized as open combination sofa,semi-private combination sofa and privacy combination sofa three categories;the TRIZ function analysis method is used to analyze the components of the interaction between the combined sofa and the human,and the interaction analysis provides the basis for the functional analysis of the TRIZ theory.(2)The existing connection modes of sofa are summarized into three categories:embedded connection mode,external connection mode and hanging connection mode.Using TRIZ resource analysis method,according to user needs and sofa characteristics,the shortcomings and defects in typical cases of various connection modes are pointed out.Based on TRIZ theory,the design process of combined sofa connection mode is constructed,which provides a clear design direction for the design process.(3)The design problem of the combined sofa connection method is transformed into the analysis logic of the TRIZ system.According to the design process,he IFR five-question analysis is established.Taking the preliminary scheme as an example,the final ideal solution of this case is obtained.The design problem of this case is transformed into four groups of TRIZ technical contradiction groups,and the contradiction matrix diagram of the sofa connection method and the corresponding invention principle are obtained.Through analysis,it is known that TRIZ invention principles such as 1.division,13.reverse,15.dynamic,and 24.intermediates are used as the applicable invention principles of the final design scheme,and the overall design idea is determined.Finally,a general innovative design scheme of connection mode is designed.The final design scheme is verified by substituting the specific engineering drawing practice of the existing products to meet the use requirements of the combined sofa internal sponge soft package,sofa wood frame and different sofa feet.Finally,the user evaluation of this scheme is completed through the questionnaire satisfaction survey.The total score of this scheme is 4.23 points,and the scores of each index are higher than those of the combined sofa products experienced by users.It is verified that the design of public space combined sofa connection mode based on TRIZ theory has certain practical value.The above research uses various tools of TRIZ theory to systematically analyze and solve problems,and effectively proposes a solution process.The design process overcomes the conflict of technical problems,shows the specific methods of TRIZ theory in furniture design,and provides new ideas and theoretical references for the optimization design of combined sofa structure. |
