| In recent years,With the rapid development of China’s economy,the demand for industrial products also accordingly increased,which also promoted the continuous demand for adhesive products.In addition to the traditional applications in mechanical manufacturing,electronics,light industry and daily life,some new emerging industries,such as 5G communication,new energy vehicles and the Internet of things,have shown strong demand for adhesives,which has continuously broadened the application fields of various adhesive products.Adhesive materials and adhesives have become important products applicated in various fields for them to achieve lightweight,high bonding,quality improvement and efficiency.To adapt the high frequency of product renewal in various application fields,adhesive enterprises should constantly optimize and upgrade their existing products and develop new products.There will be sorts of problems arise along the development and upgrade,such as product unqualified,price not competitive,supply interruption,etc.,if these problems are not solved in time,will not only bring company lose business and market share,but also affect the company’s long-term development and industrial competitiveness.To identify the risks that lead to problems as early as possible,then conduct risk assessment and take countermeasures accordingly.which is crucial to smooth introduction of new products,gain market share and improve the company’s benefits.This paper is based on relevant theory and research of risk management and new product introduction,takes HK Company as the research object,and takes the risks arising in the new product introduction stage as the research content.Firstly,uses brainstorming and Delphi methods to fully identify the risk factors in the new product introduction stage of HK Company.Secondly,uses AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods to establish the risk assessment index system and risk assessment model,to scientifically assess the risks happened in the new product introduction stage of HK Company and evaluate the comprehensive weight of each risk index.Finally,takes risk control measures in the new product introduction of HK Company to ensure the new product introduction work of HK Company could be successfully completed according to the established plan.The above research will provide risk prevention and control ideas for the risk management of HK Company in the new product introduction stage,promote the improvement of the risk management level of HK Company in the new product introduction stage,guarantee the smooth implementation of HK Company’s new product introduction and the sustainable and stable development of HK Company,and also provide reference for the risk management of other chemical enterprises in the new product introduction stage. |
