Logistics management information system is an important part of modern enterprise management.The steel industry is a basic industry of China’s national economy,the construction of the steel industry logistics information platform,optimize the steel industry logistics information system is conducive to promote the high-quality development of steel logistics as well as further reduce the cost of steel logistics transportation,the construction of steel logistics information system has received the attention of the steel industry enterprises.At present,steel industry enterprises have opened the optimization of steel logistics information system one after another,but at this stage,there are still some problems in steel logistics information management system:steel logistics information management system is not optimized and improved for specific business,the traditional architecture used in the system is poorly scalable,lack of mobile steel logistics information management system,etc.On the basis of the rapid development of communication networks and mobile applications,aiming at the above problems,this paper designs and implements a mobile application of logistics management optimization used by steel enterprise managers based on micro-service architecture based on the needs of logistics management optimization of a large steel production enterprise.The main research content of this paper is the design and implementation of steel logistics optimization system server side based on micro service architecture and steel logistics optimization system Android mobile phone client side for enterprise side.Starting from the business requirements of optimizing steel logistics of Shigang Steel works,this paper designs the server side of the steel logistics optimization system into five micro-service modules with the function of optimizing steel logistics,including order management micro-service module.In addition to the implementation of business functions,this paper effectively improves the system performance by implementing customized load balancing policies,micro-service registration configuration and remote call,and database query optimization measures.The system Android mobile phone client is developed based on uni-app framework.The management personnel of iron and steel enterprises can safely and efficiently optimize the steel logistics information management business such as logistics order management,transportation vehicle information management,order anomaly information management and warehouse information management on the Android phone system client.The test shows that the enterprise-oriented steel logistics management mobile application designed in this paper can meet the needs of enterprise steel logistics management and has high performance in actual operation,which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the system designed in this paper.
