Research On Modeling And Optimizing Of Product Sales Logistics Distribution System For SGJT Company

In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,in the aspect of steel sales logistics,the demand for timeliness of terminal consumer groups is getting higher and higher.However,at present,the existing traditional steel production and manufacturing enterprises in China can not meet the customer’s requirements when providing steel distribution services to customers.Therefore,in recent years,people are increasingly calling for optimizing the current steel logistics distribution mode,shortening the intermediate distribution time and simplifying the process.At the same time,the research shows that for iron and steel manufacturing enterprises,steel logistics distribution cost is the biggest cost consumption besides raw material cost.An efficient logistics distribution system can help enterprises save 15%-30%of logistics cost.Therefore,the significance of this study is to explore how to build a perfect and efficient product sales logistics system for iron and steel manufacturing enterprises,and transform it from a cost center to a profit center.Firstly,this paper analyses the current research situation of domestic and foreign scholars on sales logistics system,then introduces the related concepts of logistics and sales logistics,including the connotation and classification of logistics,the connotation and functional elements of sales logistics,the connotation of logistics distribution and the constituent elements of logistics distribution system,the elements of distribution routes and their classification,etc.Then,it introduces the basic situation of SGJT Company.This paper briefly introduces the organizational structure of sales management department,and analyses the current situation of sales logistics distribution system of SGJT Company,including the basic business process of finished products,the mode of logistics distribution and the organizational model of logistics transportation.Then it combs out many problems existing in the sales logistics distribution system of SGJT Company.Finally,it establishes an excellent logistics distribution system for product sales of SGJT Company.The results show that the scheme can effectively improve the efficiency of logistics distribution and reduce the cost of logistics distribution.This paper has a certain reference value for the future scholars in the optimization of sales logistics distribution system of iron and steel enterprises.
