Due to the impact of COVID-19,the lubricant industry has been more or less impacted,but domestically,the sales of lubricants is on the rise,and the products have made great progress in both quality and performance.Besides,the supply and demand status in the market are basically equal,which forms a sharp contrast with the oversupply situation in foreign countries[1].In the next few years,the domestic lubricant sales will keep rising,and its competition will become increasingly fierce.Therefore,how to maintain competitiveness in the future market and how to flexibly meet the diverse needs of customers are urgent issues faced by all the lubricating oil companies.This thesis adopted the method of process analysis,value analysis,and also combined plant personnel interview as well as the author’s own work experience.It starts from lubricant production status,conducts in-depth analysis about the production process management process of M company.Besides,from the Angle of reality,it brings forward some advice on production management optimization and continuous improvement,and provides ideas for the continuous optimization of oil loss management,inventory management and field management of M Company,thus helping Suzhou lubricant factory to achieve the ultimate goal of reducing production cost,improving production efficiency,improving production quality,increasing customer order satisfaction rate,and ultimately improving customer satisfaction.In terms of the structure of the thesis,it first introduces related theory of production operation management in detail,and then makes an in-depth analysis of the production process management of lubricating oil in M Company,based on the production process and its existing problems.Meanwhile,the thesis leverages the related theoretical knowledge of production operation management to optimize the company’s production process,then analyzes its optimization effect.Finally,based on the optimization scheme,it systematically summarizes the comprehensive value that production optimization brings to M Company,with focuses on the realization of customer value.
