The cultivation of talents depends on the good staff training management,and the good staff training management can greatly enhance the company’s competitive advantage and achieve the maximum benefit of the company.However,as most small and micro enterprises have some problems in training management,the company’s training effect is poor,the company is in trouble and it is difficult to win the market.After several years of development,M Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd have formed a team with strong comprehensive quality.However,the training system of M Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd still inherits the past "cramming" training method,which makes the enterprises consume too much capital and manpower,but the results are not obvious.In order to better promote the improvement of the training effect of M Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd,this paper further explores the problems existing in the existing training,and on this basis,puts forward the corresponding optimization Suggestions and measures.The methods used in this paper are literature review,case analysis,research methods,such as to M small micro enterprises as the research object,on the basis of the thorough understanding and research,aimed at M small micro enterprise the current training system and process,find out the problems existing in the current corporate training,and according to the M small micro enterprise management concept put forward some Suggestions for improvement.The main contents of this paper are as follows: first,relevant theories are summarized.In this paper,the background and significance of the research are obtained through the investigation of the research results of enterprise employee training at home and abroad.Then,by Analyzing and summarizing the current research results,the shortcomings of the current research are found,and the contents and methods of this paper are put forward.At the same time,this paper also summarizes the relevant concepts and theories of staff training in small and micro enterprises,which paves the way for future research.Second,the status quo and existing problems of employee training in M Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd.With the help of field investigation,this paper summarizes the training system,training route,training effect and existing problems of employees of M Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd,and then further analyzes the existing problems and causes of the current training work of M Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd.Third,M Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd staff training system optimization design.This part mainly expounds the improvement system of employee training of M Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd,the structure and guiding concept of the training system,the training rules,and the transformation of training effect,and replans the employee training system of M Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd.Fourth,analyzes the guarantee measures for the optimization of the staff training system of M Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd,including improving the staff’s awareness of the training and the level of investment,creating a good training atmosphere,and properly completing the management of the staff training.
