With the rapid development of the construction industry,the construction industry has become an important pillar of the national economy.The number of construction workers has exceeded 50 million,accounting for a quarter of the total number of construction workers in the world.Safety is a prerequisite for production,if there is no safety guarantee,in the construction process of the project,regardless of any problems in the construction process,it may lead to serious consequences,so that the project can not proceed normally.At present,due to the negligence of safety management in the process of construction and omissions,safety risk control is not comprehensive and does not reach the designated position,every year in the process of construction safety accidents occur repeatedly,the occurrence of safety accidents not only bring huge losses to the enterprise,but also threatens the life property safety of the construction workers,at the same time brought huge challenge to social stability.In view of the characteristics of complex construction process,high technical requirements,large quantities and long construction cycle,this paper takes XH project as an example to introduce the risk management method into construction safety management,and adopts fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the construction safety risk of the project.Firstly,six types of first-level risks,including personnel risk,equipment risk,material risk,construction method risk,management risk and environmental risk,and 23second-level risk factors were identified by combining literature query and expert interview.Secondly,the analytic hierarchy process is used to construct the weight of risk index.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used for normalization,and the safety evaluation results of the project are calculated,and the risk countermeasures are formulated according to the evaluation results.The continuous discovery of construction safety risks and the improvement of the corresponding system have improved the level of construction safety risk evaluation,which further guarantees the safety of construction and makes a certain contribution to the better reduction and prevention of construction safety risks of XH project. |
