The Chinese Farmers’ Professional Cooperatives Are Right Study On The Effect Of Agricultural Ecological Efficiency

China has been a big agricultural country since ancient times,agricultural issues have always attracted much attention,in recent years,the central government has repeatedly included the "three rural issues" into the "No.1 document".Efficient use of existing resources and the construction of a new agricultural management system to improve agricultural ecological efficiency have become the key to the revitalization of rural industries.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2009 to 2019,this paper takes full account of the strong disposability characteristics of agricultural undesired output,measures the agricultural ecological efficiency of 30 provinces and cities in China in recent years by adopting the EBM super efficiency ml index with variable returns to scale,and divides these 30 provinces and cities into three parts according to the classification standards issued by the state for further analysis,In order to understand the differences of agricultural ecological efficiency in different regions more systematically.Subsequently,the spatial driving force of AEE is analyzed by using geographic detectors,and the impact of farmers’ professional cooperatives on agricultural ecological efficiency is further empirically analyzed by using spatial panel model and Tobit model.The research results show that:(1)there is a certain spatial correlation between the agricultural ecological efficiency of various provinces and cities in China;(2)On the whole,the development potential of farmers’ professional cooperatives and the integrated service level of production and marketing have a significant negative effect on agricultural ecological efficiency,while the sales capacity of cooperatives and the number of cooperatives have a significant positive effect on agricultural ecological efficiency,and the spatial spillover effect should be significant;(3)The role of farmers’ professional cooperatives in different regions on agricultural ecological efficiency is not the same.Among them,the development potential of farmers’ professional cooperatives has a significant negative effect in all regions,while the sales capacity of cooperatives has a significant positive effect in the central and western regions.In addition,the number of cooperatives in central regions has a significant positive effect on agricultural ecological efficiency,The service level of production and marketing integration has a significant negative effect in all regions.Based on this,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,hoping to provide reference for the improvement of agricultural ecological efficiency around the country,and then contribute to the revitalization of rural industry in China.
