Coal spontaneous combustion in goaf was easy to cause secondary disasters,which was one of the main hazards of mine safety production.Some problems existed in the research of heat source detection and localization in goaf fire area,such as low measurement accuracy and inability to monitor goaf temperature in real time.It was of practical significance to study the method of goaf heat source monitoring and localization.For the study of goaf fire area temperature monitoring and locating technology,simulation of the goaf spontaneous combustion three zones of temperature and oxygen concentration distribution,through gray correlation analysis method to determine relative change rate the influence factors of goaf natural fire weights,goaf heat source localization probability distribution model was established,forecast at high point in the goaf area.The experimental scheme of infrared measurement of heat source temperature in goaf was designed and the relationship between heat transfer law and temperature change of measuring point was analyzed.The results showed that the temperature of heat source and measuring point increased exponentially with time.Under the condition of constant temperature heat source,the temperature of the measuring point increased as a quadratic function with the increase of heat source temperature.By comparing the temperature variation of heat source under dynamic and steady conditions,the correction curve of infrared test temperature of heat source was obtained through experimental error analysis,which could be used for real-time monitoring and correction of heat source temperature.A high temperature point localization model based on improved RSSI weighted centroid algorithm was established.Based on the infrared temperature measurement results as the basic data of positioning model design,the inversion of temperature transfer law of heat source was carried out to calculate the temperature of high temperature point.Combined with the improved RSSI algorithm and the temperature gradient cloud image,the centroid position was calculated and its error was analyzed.It provided theoretical support for precise localization of heat source in goaf and ensure smooth operation of mine safety.Figure 34;Table 8;Reference 78...
