The flexibility transformation and ultra-clean emission transformation of coal-fired units could improve peaking capacity and new energy accommodation capacity,as well as pollution emissions decrease.However,peak modulation influences the thermal economy and pollutant emission of units.Thus,it is essential to identify the factors affecting the above-mentioned issues,which is of great significance for the flexibility transformation.This paper selects a typical circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boiler unit.The thermal efficiency,the coal consumption of power generation and supply with 50%,75% and 100% THA were identified,taking 3 domestic CFB boilers in some power plants as research cases,and the variation law and influencing factors about them are summarized.The obtained conclusions are as follows.1)The boiler efficiencies of the CFB boiler in some power plant under the conditions of 50%,75% and 100% THA,increased by 0.74%□ 0.66% and 0.24%.The coal consumption for power generation decreased by 4.65 g/(kW·h),7.6 g/(kW·h)and 4.89g/(kW·h).The power supply coal consumption of the unit decreased by 6.64 g/(kW·h),7.67 g/(kW·h)and 5.79 g/(kW·h),respectively.2)The efficiency of one CFB boiler in some power plant was increased by 3.28%after maintenace.However,it decreased by 0.96% for another boiler due to residential heating in winter.The leakage rate of the air preheaters for both boilers decreased obviously,which improves the efficiency of dust removing.Sulfur dioxide emissions meet the standard,but the desulfurization efficiency of one boiler decreased by 0.29%owing to the air leakage in the inlet flue of the desulfurizing tower.The maintenace of CFB boiler can improve the boiler performance.The research about the boiler performance is indispensable to reveal the operation characteristics of unit with variable working conditions.These results can provide guidance for load optimization scheduling and pollutant emission control of coal-fired power units.Figure31;Table31;Reference56...
