Research On The Improvement Of Air Pollution Control Policy In Tianjin Based On The Quantitative Assessment Of Influencing Factors

Since 2012,the haze weather in autumn and winter heating season in northern China has made the government and the community pay more and more attention to air pollution.In order to deal with the more severe situation of air pollution,the state and Beijing Tianjin Hebei region have successively issued a number of air pollution prevention and control policies and measures.At present,China’s overall atmospheric environment quality has been significantly improved,but the heavy pollution weather in some areas,especially in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,has not been completely eliminated,and the air pollution prevention and control policies still need to be continuously strengthened and improved to achieve more precision.This paper takes Tianjin in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region as the research object.Firstly,on the basis of introducing the concept of air pollution prevention and control and theoretical analysis methods,it interprets and analyzes the current air pollution prevention and control policies in Tianjin.Although the air quality in Tianjin has been improved,there are still many problems in policy formulation.The reason is that the analysis of the influencing factors of air pollution is not accurate enough.Then,based on the improved analytic hierarchy process(IAHP)and grey relational analysis(GRA),this paper analyzes the influencing factors of air pollution in Tianjin for six consecutive years from 2013 to 2018,and concludes that coal,industry and motor vehicles are the main factors that have the greatest impact on the air environment quality of Tianjin in the past six years,which is different from the influencing factors of the current policy basis Dust,coal,motor vehicles and industry have differences,thus improving the influencing factors on which the current policy is based.Finally,according to the main influencing factors of air pollution in Tianjin,such as coal-fired,industrial and motor vehicles,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of air pollution prevention and control policies in Tianjin.
