| In the context of the increasingly severe global warming trend caused by greenhouse gases generated by human production activities,leaders of more than 170 countries solemnly signed the Paris Agreement at the United Nations Headquarters in New York in 2016,setting off a wave of global green and low-carbon transformation.Countries have successively put forward the policy goal of peaking carbon neutrality.At the general debate of the 75 th United Nations General Assembly,China proposed China’s "dual carbon" goal,that is,to achieve peak carbon emissions by 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality by 2060.To achieve the "dual carbon" goal,the government and all walks of life must make concerted efforts to overcome the difficulties to complete it as scheduled.Food crops are not only related to the country’s food security issues,but also have the dual characteristics of carbon sources and carbon sinks,which determines that carbon emission reduction and carbon sequestration of food crops is an indispensable part of carbon neutralization.Grain crops in Hebi City are a typical production model of the wheat-maize rotation system in the North China Plain.It is feasible,referenceable and replicable to study the carbon footprint of grain crops and carbon reduction and sequestration strategies based on them.First,this study used the life cycle assessment method to quantify the carbon footprint of grain crops in Hebi City from 2000 to 2019,and found that it showed a trend of "down-up-down" during the study period;The dismantling and analysis of the carbon footprint structure of grain crops in Hebi City in 2018 found that chemical fertilizers ranked first in carbon emissions with a contribution rate of 61.10%,and wheat ranked first in carbon sinks with a contribution rate of 49.42%.Based on the results of the quantitative analysis of the carbon footprint of grain crops in Hebi City and the relevant national policies for carbon emission reduction and carbon sequestration,combined with the actual production of grain crops in Hebi City,the research proposes from the micro level to vigorously promote energy conservation,carbon reduction and efficiency enhancement,and macro level to strengthen policies.Leading,and strengthening institutional guarantees to promote the countermeasures of reducing carbon emission and carbon reduction of food crops in Hebi City. |
