With the development of economy,the scale of the petroleum industry is gradually expanding,and the demand for relevant spare parts is also increasing.At present,the production of stop ring for cementing operation is mostly undertaken by the downstream small and mediumsized enterprises.After investigation,there are some problems in the production of stop ring,such as backward processing equipment,poor processing accuracy and low automation level,which seriously limits the production efficiency of the enterprise.In view of the above problems,through the relevant research on the automatic processing unit and industrial automatic control theory,a stop ring drilling and tapping machine is proposed,which can complete the two-step process of drilling and tapping in one process through the cooperation of the drilling and tapping device and the rotary indexing device,and improve the processing efficiency of the enterprise.The main research contents are as follows:(1)With the goal of full specification adaptation and multi process integration,the overall layout of the stop ring drilling and tapping machine is designed,and the mechanical structure scheme and control system scheme of the machine tool are completed,Based on the specific scheme,the key technical parameters are determined and the operation process of the machine tool is standardized.(2)According to the mechanical structure scheme,the drilling and tapping device and rotary indexing device are designed,and the calculation,selection and verification of feed motor,spindle motor and rotary indexing motor are completed.(3)Based on the control system scheme,the machine tool control system architecture is built,the selection of relevant control hardware and sensors is completed,and the main circuit and control circuit of the machine tool are designed according to the requirements of the control system.(4)The drilling program and indexing program of PLC are written in WPL soft software environment,and the HMI human-machine interface design and function realization are completed based on DOP soft.Finally,the production debugging of the machine tool prototype is carried out,which preliminarily meets the processing requirements.
