Research On Modeling Of Personal Evacuation On Passenger Vessel During An Emergency

With the rapid development of economy and international exchanges,transportation vehicles are showing a trend of large-scale transportation.As an important maritime transportation tool,passenger ships continue to increase the number of passengers,which brings huge challenges to the safety of maritime transportation.As passenger ships have the characteristics of complex personnel composition,dense personnel,and relatively closed and independent characteristics,once an emergency occurs at sea,the problem of personnel evacuation is severe.Therefore,to carry out research on passenger ship emergency evacuation and to formulate a reasonable evacuation plan for the evacuation scene has important practical significance to ensure the safety of passenger ships.At this stage,all sectors of society attach great importance to the safety of maritime evacuation.More and more scholars have begun to study the evacuation of passenger ships,using traditional methods of experience surveys,expert consultations and evacuation exercises,which have certain limitations in terms of manpower,financial resources,material resources,and data extraction and analysis.Therefore,computer simulation is used to establish passenger ship emergency evacuation models to simulate the behavior characteristics of personnel during the evacuation process,which can provide reasonable suggestions for crew training and the formulation of passenger ship personnel evacuation plans.At first,this paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation of ship evacuation,draws the characteristics of large passenger ship evacuation at present,compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different evacuation models and simulation tools,and determines the selected simulation tools and analysis methods based on the characteristics of passenger ship evacuation simulation.Secondly,it summarizes the parameters that affect the decision-making of personnel behavior,investigates the composition characteristics of passenger ships and passengers,establishes the simulation environment layout and the values of input parameters,and simulates the evacuation of passenger ships based on the social force model and the Agent model,uses AnyLogic personnel evacuation simulation software to simulate the evacuation process and evacuation scenarios,constructs the passenger ship environment model and behavior logic model,and uses the Java language to model the agent.Finally,it sets up two scenarios of which exit the agent choose during the evacuation process,the principle of nearby exits and under the guidance of an orderly evacuation plan.Perform multiple simulation simulations,analyze the two evacuation scenarios with the necessary safety time for evacuation and the total number of people passing through each exit section as indicators,objectively evaluate the evacuation simulation results,and put forward effective passenger ship emergency evacuation suggestions.Modeling through computer simulation can simulate the evacuation process of passenger ship emergency under a specific evacuation plan.This model can be used for simulation evaluation when formulating an evacuation plan,so as to determine the best evacuation plan.In addition,it has good practical significance for the evacuation analysis during the initial design and construction of the passenger ship,the formulation of the ship management and evacuation plan,and crew training.
