Digital Image Design Study Of Fenshui Oil Paper Umbrella

Luzhou City,Sichuan Province,Fenshui oil paper umbrella is one of the representative Han folk craft products,with a history of 400 years.Therefore,it is called "the living fossil of Chinese folk umbrella art".From a historical point of view,the art of making oil paper umbrellas in Fengshui is a means of survival for the local people,a handcrafted art that combines science,art and technology,and has a high historical and folklore cultural value.Fengshui oil paper umbrella as intangible cultural heritage is the external manifestation of enhancing national identity,the root of our culture and the soul of our nation,so it needs to be inherited with more efforts and innovative means to bring it into the life of the masses.In the context of the digital era,digital media technology provides a variety of conditions for the preservation and innovation of intangible cultural heritage and opens up new creative directions.Digital image design,as one of the digital media disciplines,has created many excellent art works in ethnic styles.The study found that embodied digital video works have become an important means of preserving intangible cultural heritage and an inevitable trend for inheriting and developing intangible cultural heritage in the future.Taking Fenshui oil paper umbrella as the research object,this project composes the basic concepts,characteristics and expressions of digital images by collecting relevant literature on Fenshui oil paper umbrella and digital images,forms research materials and theoretical basis,and provides theoretical and practical support for the design and creation methods of digital images of non-heritage.Through field research method and case study method,the production process,graphic themes and cultural values of Fenshui oil paper umbrella are deeply explored and taken as the core elements of the design.Based on the creation methods and expressions of digital video design,we analyze how to use audiovisual language to construct digital video artworks of Fenshui oil paper umbrellas.Finally,the digital video design practice is implemented by using digital video technology and taking the production process and cultural value of Fenshui oil paper umbrellas as the core of the narrative.In addition,with the advantage of new media communication,we can acquire the power of the masses,convey the production techniques and cultural connotations,and arouse the public’s awareness of the responsibility to protect and inherit the handmade culture,which opens up new communication channels for the Fenshui oil paper umbrella and provides effective artistic reference values for other intangible cultural heritage protection and inheritance...
