Coal is a very important energy source,directly related to economic development.With the changes of the times,higher requirements have been placed on the management of coal companies,especially for talent.If coal companies want to achieve sustained growth,they need to comprehensively improve their comprehensive competitiveness.Talents are one of the important factors restricting the development of coal companies.How to attract,cultivate and manage talents has become a problem that every coal company must consider.The salary management system is a necessary means for the company to optimize the allocation of human resources.Establishing and improving the salary management system can help the company improve its talent management ability.M Coal Company,as one of the state-owned coal companies,is also faced with the problem of how to improve the efficiency of salary management and improve the talent management ability.This paper first analyzes the overall situation of the state-owned enterprise(M Coal Industry Management Company),including the organizational structure of the enterprise and the current situation of the salary management system.Then it conducts a survey on the employee satisfaction of the current salary management system through questionnaires and interviews,and analyzes the main problems in the current salary management system,as well as the causes of these problems.In view of the problems found,using the theory of salary management system and combining with the actual situation of the company’s development,this paper proposes an optimization plan for the salary management system of M Coal Management Company,so as to improve the scientific level of its salary management system and make it truly play the role of salary as an incentive. |
