| With the continuous development of economic society and human resource research,salary management has become an important part of human resource management.In recent years,the continuous implementation of China’s policies of deepening reform,delegating regulation and service is a good opportunity for state-owned enterprises.On the one hand,enterprises actively adjust their own business strategies,optimize their business models,compare their competitors’ conditions and strengthen their competitive strength according to the external environment.On the other hand,it must be realized that the construction of efficient enterprise organization and operation model is an important means to respond to market changes,and is also a strategic way to improve the comprehensive ability of the enterprise,strengthen the human and material resources control,and realize the improvement of its own ability.GY company as the main research object,this paper through questionnaire,interview survey methods such as access to more than 100 employees of the real data,based on comprehensive compensation,the strategic compensation theory as main theoretical support,and of GY company compensation management status,including enterprise dimensions,staff structure,such as salary system for the main list,one by one,this paper expounds the key problems in the salary management status,at present the deficiency of GY company compensation management system,analyzes its forming reasons,finally put forward the corresponding optimization Suggestions to everybody.For this reason,this study combines the existing problems in pay management of GY Company,Starting from four aspects: performance-oriented,strategic-oriented,fair-oriented,and incentive-oriented,is designed a dynamic salary management system and established a PBC performance appraisal index system.The system is optimized from the three dimensions of organizational performance,personal business commitment,and ability improvement.In order to implement the optimization plan into implementation,it is hoped to improve the egalitarianism and insignificant incentive effects of the compensation system under the existing system of GY.And then to establish and improve the salary system of state-owned enterprises to provide relevant reference,help GY company to attract,motivate and retain outstanding talents,to achieve the sustainable development of science and technology. |
