Since the reform and opening up,China’s logistics industry has developed rapidly,and has gradually become an important industry in China’s economic development and a new economic growth point.While improving the operation efficiency of the national economy and improving the social and economic benefits,it has had a great impact on the environment in each link.Green supply chain follows in the development of low-carbon industry,and has great potential in helping the double carbon action.Enterprises have become the main force of carbon emission reduction because they account for more than 70% of the total pollution emissions in China.The choice of environmental behavior strategy has a great impact on the overall carbon emission reduction action of the country.At the same time,with the development of the information age,the concept of green low-carbon is increasingly popular,and consumers’ requirements for enterprise environmental behavior are becoming higher and higher.Environmental behavior innovation has gradually become the focus of logistics enterprises to improve their market competitiveness.In this market context,logistics enterprises need to continue to innovate in environmental behavior to optimize and upgrade services to reduce carbon emissions,meet the market demand and fulfill corporate social responsibilities.However,the environmental behavior innovation strategy of logistics enterprises will be affected by the enterprise itself and many external factors.Due to the different conditions of each logistics enterprise,the selected environmental behavior innovation strategy will also be different.Therefore,this paper mainly uses the evolutionary game method to build the evolutionary game model between logistics enterprises and between logistics enterprises and the government,to explore the internal factors and the main external factors — — the influence of different government policies on the choice of enterprise environmental behavior innovation strategies,and supplemented by specific enterprise case analysis.This paper combed the literature review and related theoretical concept,the environmental behavior of logistics enterprises,innovation strategy and government regulatory incentive research literature is summarized,mainly discuss the logistics enterprise between the two kinds of environmental behavior innovation strategy,according to the evolution of the game model,analyzes the evolution of the subject in different situations,and using the MATLAB software data simulation experiment,discusses the influence of different factors on the choice of enterprise innovation strategy.The research results show that: 1.Logistics enterprises with high level of green technology innovation have a stronger awareness of risk avoidance and tend to choose defensive environmental behavior innovation strategies with higher success rate of innovation.2.Logistics enterprises attach great importance to carbon emission reduction,which has different roles in promoting the choice of environmental behavior innovation strategies for logistics enterprises with different green technology innovation levels.3.For logistics enterprises with low level of green technology innovation,the spillover effect of logistics enterprises’ attention to carbon emission reduction will be greater than the spillover effect of green technology level.4.In the external factors of enterprises and the guiding influence of the government,the influence effect of supportive policies is better than that of financial subsidies.5.In the actual process of environmental behavior innovation in logistics enterprises,there is a phenomenon of alternating selection of breakthrough environmental behavior innovation strategy and defensive environmental behavior innovation strategy. |
