Since the emergence of activated sludge process,after years of practice and development,it has become the mainstream method in the direction of sewage treatment.With the development of activated sludge process,many new processes have been developed.The application of mold in water treatment,in the early years has been used as a biological adsorbent to remove metal ions in water and applied in dyeing wastewater decolorization.In recent years,there have been studies on the use of mold as bioenhancement,immobilization and biomass carrier.However,most of the studies on mold were mainly in the form of mycelium pellets,while there was no in-depth and systematic study on other forms of mold,such as spore suspension and mycelium.Based on this,this paper discusses the different forms and types of mold as biomass carrier into the activated sludge system,clear the influence factors of mold in the activated sludge system,hoping to provide theoretical basis and technical support for further improvement and improvement of process level through the application of mold carrier in sewage treatment process.Spore suspension and mycelia were put into the SBR reactor with different contents,and cultured for a certain time with the same operating parameters.The results showed that the addition of spore suspension and mycelia had almost no effect on the activated sludge system through the analysis of sludge performance,sludge status,treatment efficiency of organic matter,EPS and functional groups,and community structure.However,when the spore suspension was added at 60 m L,a large number of mycelia would emerge,and when the mycelia was added,a large number of spores would emerge,which proved that activated sludge could provide nutrients and places for the growth of mold.When the mycelium concentration was 10% of the sludge concentration,the sludge settlement was slightly improved,and SV30 was 151 m L/g after 15 days of operation,while the blank test group was 287 m L/g.The addition of spore suspension and mycelium was beneficial to increase the abundance of dominant bacteria in activated sludge system to a certain extent.In order to explore the performance advantages between the mycelial balls of different strains,the laboratory-preserved strains of Aspergillus niger 557,Aspergillus niger Y3,P.Mycelium balls were cultured under the same culture conditions,and it was found that the optimal culture time was 84 hours in a shaker at 30°C and 160 r/min,and the biomass of Aspergillus niger Y3 was the highest.Through scanning electron microscope and optical microscope,it was found that the particle size,hyphal length and internal structure of the six kinds of hyphal balls were quite different.Aspergillus557 and XX have the longest hyphae,up to 2000-3000 μm.Aspergillus niger 557 has the highest polysaccharide content at 6.93 mg/g and the least protein content at 0.99mg/g;Penicillium citrinum F494 has the highest protein content among the six mycelial balls at 2.13 mg/g,PN/PS values were also the highest at 0.43.The substance in the mycelium ball is simple,only protein substance tryptophan,and its content is F93>507>F494>Y3>557≈XX.Six different mycelium balls were put into the SBR reactor with 15% of the original mud SV30 as the dosage,and the operating parameters were kept the same as before.It was found that the mycelium balls could improve the removal of organic substrates in the reactor.Among them,Aspergillus niger Y3 is the best;mycelial balls can promote the secretion of EPS by microorganisms,and Aspergillus niger XX and Penicillium citrinum F494 have a greater impact on extracellular polymers in activated sludge.The addition of mycelial balls will cause the SVI value to rise in a short period of time.Aspergillus niger XX has a good effect on the sludge settling performance of the reactor.When it runs for 12 days,the SV30 is 214.03 m L/g,which is lower than the mycelial balls of other strains.The occurrence rules of the mycelial balls of different strains in the activated sludge system are basically the same,but the crushing speed of various mycelial balls and the adsorption capacity of the sludge are different.Among them,Aspergillus niger 557 and Aspergillus niger XX break faster.,the sludge adsorption effect is better.It can be seen that among the six strains,Aspergillus niger has a better effect on activated sludge. |
