located in Taizhou City,Zhejiang Province,and plays an important role in the social and economic development of Taizhou City.The Jiaojiang River Basin is a typical water network channel type basin.This study takes the Jiaojiang River as an example to study the southeast coastal water network channel.Form a set of scientific and complete sewage analysis and treatment system for the southeast coastal water network and channels.Jiaojiang District has experienced rapid economic development and population growth in recent years,followed by a gradually deteriorating water environment,which urgently needs to be addressed.(1)Current status of Jiaojiang water qualityIn this study,a total of 9 monitoring points were selected in the Jiaojiang River Basin,and each section was sampled and analyzed in March and July 2021 for isotope indicators and water quality.Based on this,the single factor evaluation method and the comprehensive water quality pollution index were used to evaluate the water quality of the study area,and the changes in the water quality of the Jiaojiang River over the years and the differences in water quality conditions among various sections were analyzed.The water quality on the north bank of the Jiaojiang River is second,and the water quality on the south bank of the Jiaojiang River is the worst;the comprehensive water quality pollution index in 2016 and 2017 was generally high,and the comprehensive water quality pollution index in 2018 and 2019 decreased significantly,indicating that the water quality of Jiaojiang River is improving year by year;according to the regional water quality situation The water quality of the main stream and the north bank of the Jiaojiang River can meet the local water quality requirements.Only the south bank of the Jiaojiang River has poor water quality and cannot meet the local water environment governance requirements.Therefore,the main research is on the pollution sources and water environment capacity of the south bank of the Jiaojiang River to achieve accurate water environment governance.(2)Analysis results of water environment capacity of Jiaojiang RiverCombined with the hydrological data and current situation of the Jiaojiang River in recent years,the water system of the research area was generalized and segmented,and relevant parameters were selected,and the water environment of the Jiaojiang River Basin was calculated using the one-dimensional water quality model of the river.The research found that several sections located on the south bank of the Jiaojiang River The water environmental capacity of NH3-N and TP are both negative,indicating that nitrogen and phosphorus pollution is more serious.(3)Traceability results of sewage in Jiaojiang RiverField investigation and study of the distribution and discharge of various pollution sources in the research area combined with various local documents and materials to determine several possible pollution sources in the local area: domestic sources,agricultural non-point sources,industrial sources,and surface runoff.Using PMF,APCS-MLR and SIAR models to trace the source of pollutants on the south bank of the Jiaojiang River based on the water quality monitoring data of each section,the results show that the main pollution source of the Xiachen section is surface runoff,and the pollution of other sections is mainly from domestic sources.(4)Optimal results of pollutant reduction measuresFinally,the AHP model is used to optimize the pollutant reduction measures.The purpose is to formulate an efficient water quality optimization plan.Considering the local economic situation and social impact,the corresponding solutions are put forward according to the calculation results of the AHP model.(5)Forming a complete water environment management technical systemThis study has formed a complete set of water environment management system for the southeast coastal water network and channels from the initial collection of basic data to the proposal of water quality optimization measures based on the research results:firstly,the water quality of the research area Evaluation,calculate the water environment capacity of the watershed in sections,and trace the source of pollutants in areas with poor water quality based on the results to achieve the purpose of
