| Emulsion type metal cutting fluid has the lubricating performance of oil-based cutting fluid and the cooling and cleaning performance of water-based cutting fluid.At present,with the development of metal processing industry,metal processing equipment and processed parts are developing in a diversified direction.The type of metal cutting fluid can meet the needs of most processing scenarios,and a stable emulsion metal cutting fluid has broad application prospects in emerging markets.In this paper,the low-cost and easy-to-operate methods of evaporation at high temperature,and adsorption filtration are used to remove impurities in waste oil.The purified waste oil is used as the raw material base oil for metalworking cutting fluids,which reduces the cost of cutting fluid raw materials and regenerates waste oil at the same time.provides a new solution.In this paper,waste engine oil is treated as oil phase base oil for preparing metal cutting fluid,and its basic physical and chemical properties are tested.Surfactant S-80 is used as the main emulsifier and OP-10 is used as a co-emulsifier.By adding dodecane Sodium benzenesulfonate and APG further improve the cleaning performance and hard water resistance of cutting fluids.Combined with extreme pressure additives,oily agents,defoaming agents,preservatives,etc.to prepare a metal cutting fluid with excellent comprehensive performance.In this paper,the optimal formula is determined based on the orthogonal test and single factor test,combined with the four-ball friction testing machine to test the lubrication performance and extreme pressure performance,and the rust and anti-corrosion performance of the electrochemical workstation and neutral salt spray testing machine.The rust prevention mechanism was studied by infrared experiments.The optimal ratio of emulsified metal cutting fluid prepared by regenerated lubricating oil is determined by orthogonal test and single factor test: waste oil base oil: extreme pressure corrosion inhibitor: oily agent: cleaning agent: rust inhibitor: alkali reserve agent=40:1.9:2:8.5:7.5:2:8.According to the industry standard requirements of semi-synthetic cutting fluid and emulsified metal working fluid,the long-term friction coefficient measured by the four-ball friction tester is 0.068,the extreme pressure and anti-wear PB value can reach 784 N,and the wear scar diameter is 0.43 mm.The neutral salt spray test,cleaning performance,storage stability performance,anti-rust performance,freeze-thaw test and other aspects were tested and evaluated.According to the test data,the recycled metal cutting fluid prepared in this paper has the characteristics of good storage stability,strong cleaning,excellent rust resistance,corrosion resistance and good lubricity.Meet the technical quality requirements or national industry standards such as JB/T7453-94,SHT 0356-1992 and GB/T 6144-2010. |
