| With the rapid development of the machining industry and the improvement of people’s living standards, the use of mechanical lubricants and cutting fluids is also increasing.Waste oil treatment and reuse can minimize the emissions and pollution of this waste, while producing valuable products.Using waste oil as base oil to prepare regenerated metal cutting fluid can make waste oil resource utilization and achieve certain economic benefits, which is of great significance to the development of metal processing industry. In this paper, the waste oil treated by graphene ultrafiltration membrane and quartz sand fine filtration technology was used as the base oil.By combining with rust inhibitor, emulsifier, extreme pressure additive and p H regulator,a kind of recycled metal cutting fluid with environmental friendliness, good comprehensive performance and strong versatility was prepared.According to the hydrophilic lipophilic balance, the appropriate regenerated waste engine oil was selected as the base oil,and the amount of 6062 and S-80 in the composite emulsifier was 5.5% and 3.7% respectively.Through orthogonal test, the dosage(mass fraction)of additives in the recycled metal cutting fluid was determined: rust inhibitor A was 13%,rust inhibitor B was 5%,petroleum sulfonate was 7.3%,p H regulator was 5% and extreme pressure additive was 2.3%.The recycled metal cutting fluid ha good rust resistance and stability.According to the national standard of GB/T6144-2010(Synthetic Cutting Fluids)and the industry standard of JB/T7453-2013(Semi-synthetic Cutting Fluids),the properties of recycled metal cutting fluid were tested. The results showed that the comprehensive performance of the recycled metal cutting fluid was good and met the standard requirements. The used cutting fluid was distilled and concentrated. When the concentration was 5 times, the cutting fluid obtained by the condensate was free of oil and soap precipitation, and possessed good corrosion and rust resistance.Performance met the requirements of GB/T6144-2010.Organic extraction and centrifugal separation were used to recover the oil in the concentrate. When the concentration of KOH was 0.08 g/L,the volume ratio of isopropanol to the concentrate was 1:1,and the extraction temperature was40℃,the best recovery rate of 91.97% was obtained. |
