Z Waste Incineration Power Generation Enterprise Production Process Lean Improvement Research

Garbage incineration power generation is a new way of garbage disposal in recent years.It not only realizes the harmless disposal of garbage,but also realizes the power generation of garbage,which can be said to kill two birds with one stone.The 14 th Five-Year Plan for Urban Solid Waste Classification and Treatment Facilities,jointly issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,mentioned that waste incineration and power generation will be one of the important ways of urban waste treatment in the future.By the end of 2020,50 percent of domestic waste has been used in power generation in Chinese cities.Based on the above analysis,the future construction of our waste incineration power plant will enter a new stage,the waste incineration power plant facilities will be more perfect,and the waste incineration power plant technology will be more advanced,more and more cities will build waste incineration power plants.This paper takes Z Company as the research object.Z Company is the first enterprise to carry out waste incineration power generation in China.Through lean research on the waste incineration power generation project of Z Company,it is found that many problems have been exposed in the daily production activities of waste incineration power generation of Z Company.For example,there are some practical problems such as insufficient standardization of production management,unscientific personnel setting of various positions,lack of lean production measures,and shortcomings in cost control in the production process.By applying relevant concepts and theories of lean production into daily production of enterprises,the efficiency of waste incineration and power generation and the reduction of daily operation and maintenance costs of enterprises can be improved.This paper puts forward the plan and measure to implement lean production for the enterprise,and provides certain guidance for the enterprise to improve production efficiency and implement lean production.The study of Z Company’s lean production also has certain reference significance for other domestic waste power generation enterprises to lean production.
