Nowadays,with the global economy and the increasingly strong competitiveness of multinational enterprises,all large-scale multinational enterprises in order to maintain their competitive advantage,in the global scope to seek ways to reduce costs,therefore,financial sharing services will be produced.After the application of this advanced model of financial sharing in my country,its advantages have been seen by many companies,which has prompted the implementation of the financial sharing service model in China.However,there is a large gap between domestic and foreign countries.Among them,there are complaints about private business modules.The rate is relatively high,and the evaluation of service personnel by the personnel of the serviced enterprise is lower than that of other departments.It is urgent to establish a detailed evaluation system for private service quality.In view of the service quality problems faced by the sharing center for private services,this article first defines the customer perceivable service quality theory and the concept of the financial sharing center for private business services through the literature research method,and then organizes the financial sharing center for private business system through the interview method.The analysis of layout characteristics,interaction context and quality perception contact dimensions,followed by questionnaire survey method to build a gap model for the financial sharing center’s evaluation of private business service quality,design a customer expectation and perception value scale for service quality,and determine the private business based on the gap model The improvement path of business service quality.Finally,take the financial sharing service of a large oil company as an example to introduce the current status of its service,including the business process of financial sharing to private service,and explore the main problems in the operation of a large oil company’s financial sharing to private service through the practical application of the gap model.Problems,further analyze the causes of these problems.Applying the improvement path to provide corresponding solutions to the problems of financial shared services of a large oil company,and looking forward to the future development of private services.As an employee of the financial sharing center of a large oil company,this article uses the literature research method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,case analysis method,etc.,based on the above purpose,combined with the analysis of the company’s private business service quality,to find out the evaluation perceivable factoring the common dimensions of service quality,constructing a model suitable for the private business service quality of the sharing center,and determining the improvement path of the private business service quality,has certain practical significance in promoting the development of the private business service quality of the sharing center.
