The sensor data acquisition system is a key component of the CNC gear measuring machine measurement system.The thesis analyzes the problems of existing sensor data collection systems and designs a new type of data collection system that can adapt to complex and diverse measurement tasks and can carry multiple types of sensors.The basic functions of the data collection system and the synchronization,accuracy,and integrity of data collection were tested through computer software.The thesis focuses on the design of a multi type data acquisition system for CNC gear measuring machines based on SoC embedded systems,mainly including the design of internal functions of the SoC platform and the development of computer testing and evaluation software.The development of the acquisition system was completed on the Vivado platform.The FPGA part of the SoC system was designed as functional modules by Verilog,achieving functions such as frequency doubling and directional counting of the SP80 H sensor,A/D conversion control of the SP600 Q and GT31 sensor signals,signal filtering for the SP80 H sensor,median average filtering for the SP600 Q and GT31 sensor signals,time tag collection binding,monitoring of the sensor and acquisition system status,and data synchronization,locking and sending,Simulate and test the functions of each module by Simulator simulation tool;the ARM part is programmed achieve scaling transformation of sensor data,data transmission logic control,Ethernet communication,and other functions by C language.The high-speed AXI4 protocol bus inside the SoC system is used for data exchange between FPGA and ARM,and FIFO buffer is used for cross frequency transmission.The computer testing and evaluation software is developed by C++programming language on the Qt platform,and designed the human-machine interaction interface to achieve network communication connection with the collection system,data reception,storage,display,status display of the sensor and data collection system,and related command sending functions.After completing the design of the sensor data acquisition system and computer software,online debugging and verification were conducted with three types of sensors.Verified the integrity of data transmission on the data collection system by time tags;conduct functional tests such as network communication,status monitoring,mode selection,and data collection on the computer measurement and evaluation software;calibrate the scaling transformation scaling factor and compare it with the measured linearity deviation and the original sensor acquisition system to verify the reliability of the data acquisition function.By analyzing and verifying the above test results,the developed multi type sensor data acquisition system can meet the design requirements.
