The textile industry is one of the pillar industries of the national economy.Intelligent monitoring technology is of great significance for improving the automation level of the spinning industry,promoting enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency,and enhance the competitiveness of companies.The key technologies including abnormal state identification,lower computer control,upper computer intelligent monitoring,inspection path planning,and spinning information management are covered in the intelligent spinning detection system.Theoretical and experimental research on related technologies is given in this paper,and an intelligent spinning monitoring system is developed.A yarn state identification algorithm based on BP neural network optimized by Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition(EEMD)and Beetle Antennae search algorithm(BAS)is proposed to improve the accuracy of yarn fault identification.The yarn data is denoised based on EEMD,a prediction model is established for the component sequence using Support Vector Machine(SVM),and BAS is used to optimize the initial weights and thresholds of the BP neural network.The result shows that the accuracy of yarn fault identification can be stable at about98.8%.An inspection path planning algorithm combining A* algorithm and ant colony algorithm is proposed to obtain the inspection path of abnormal spindles.Firstly,the search neighborhood is expanded and the two-way search is applied to speed up the path acquisition.At the same time,the ant colony algorithm is optimized in combination with the working conditions to determine the inspection order.The result shows that in this algorithm the total length of the inspection path,the total number of nodes,and the total number of rotation angles can be reduced by 15.37%,40.18%,and 74.59%,effectively reducing the labor intensity of inspection work.The lower computer module of monitoring system is designed,including hardware system,communication protocol and control program.The function of the lower computer is determined and the hardware module is designed according to the requirements,the program design based on the RTX real-time operating system is completed,the real-time monitoring and fault display of the spun yarn and spandex yarn is realized to ensure the stability and reliability of the monitoring system.The software module of the upper computer of the monitoring system is introduced,the system requirements are defined and the corresponding functions in combination with the workshop conditions are designed,and a real-time spinning monitoring system,an auxiliary APP for spinning monitoring,and a cross-platform spinning information management system are developed.System requirements and design corresponding functions based on workshop conditions are determined.
