Research On The Measurement Of Low-Carbon Development Level And Regional Differences Of Planting Industry In Heilongjiang Province

Low-carbonization of agriculture is an important component of high-quality development of agricultural economy,and it is of great importance to accelerate the development of low-carbon agriculture,achieve the peak of carbon emissions in agriculture as early as possible,and exert the carbon sink capacity of planting industry under the Dual Carbon Targets.As a major agricultural province in China,the development of low-carbon agriculture in Heilongjiang Province plays an important role in promoting the development of green and low-carbon economy in the country.It should be guided by national strategic goals and based on the actual development situation of the region to promote the development of low-carbon agriculture in a scientific and rational manner.However,the stage of low-carbonization development in Heilongjiang Province’s planting industry has not been clearly defined,so research on the measurement of the level of low-carbonization development in Heilongjiang Province’s planting industry can objectively understand the level of low-carbonization development in Heilongjiang Province’s planting industry,analyze the differences in overall and regional development in Heilongjiang Province,identify and summarize the influencing factors of low-carbonization development in Heilongjiang Province’s planting industry,and then put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.Firstly,this article proposes research ideas and directions by summarizing relevant literature,systematically understanding the definition of relevant concepts and basic theories.Secondly,the article analyzes the reality basis of low-carbon development in the province’s planting industry from three aspects: agricultural economic status,carbon emissions status,and existing development models,and summarizes the problems and challenges it faces.From the five dimensions of agricultural economic development,low-carbon production,agricultural material input,energy utilization efficiency,and resource and environmental evaluation,an evaluation index system is constructed,and the comprehensive measurement and evaluation of the low-carbon development level of Heilongjiang Province’s planting industry is conducted through the entropy method.On this basis,regional differences are explored using indicators such as the Gini coefficient.Finally,by analyzing the influencing factors of low-carbon development in Heilongjiang Province’s planting industry and putting forward targeted suggestions,this article aims to promote the low-carbon development of Heilongjiang Province’s planting industry.The research results show that the low-carbon development of Heilongjiang Province’s planting industry has reached a medium level,but there is still a considerable gap from the high level of development.The regional differences in the low-carbon development level of the planting industry are relatively obvious,mainly manifested in the differences between economically developed and underdeveloped areas,areas with heavy and light carbon emissions,and areas near the central region and border areas.Through the analysis of influencing factors,it is found that the influencing factors of the low-carbon development level of the planting industry in Heilongjiang Province and its various prefecture-level cities and regions are not the same.Based on this conclusion,targeted suggestions for the low-carbon development of the planting industry are proposed at both the overall and regional levels in Heilongjiang Province,in order to promote the balanced and high-quality development of the planting industry in Heilongjiang Province.
