| At the critical juncture of the unprecedented changes in a hundred years,the essence of enterprise competition has become the competition of technology and talents among enterprises,and the systematic construction of talent training system has become the main topic of enterprise university construction.The H Group selected in this paper is a large-scale state-owned iron and steel enterprise,which focuses on the steel industry chain and moderately develops industrial clusters such as raw and auxiliary materials processing,modern logistics,resource trade,financial services and urban services.At present,there are three enterprise training institutions in H Group Enterprise University,which focus on the key core positions around the group’s medium-and long-term development strategy of "focusing on one industry and related diversification",and provide training support for the group by strengthening staff training and publicizing values.Due to historical reasons,the orientation or service subjects of the training institutions of the three enterprises are different,and there is no synergistic effect.With the high-quality development of the Group,higher requirements have been put forward for staff training.At present,there are some problems in the enterprise training system,such as unclear training orientation,insufficient strategic support,insufficient systematic training courses,relatively single training forms,and poor channels and mechanisms for independent and spontaneous learning,which are difficult to support the development needs of the Group.According to the management requirements of modern enterprise universities,how to establish and improve modern enterprise universities,build a scientific,systematic and efficient enterprise university training system,meet the needs of the group’s strategic development,and continuously provide excellent talents for the group’s high-quality development are the practical problems that need to be solved in the current construction of enterprise university training system.Based on the learning organization theory,training needs analysis theory,adult learning theory and other related theories,this paper,through questionnaires and individual interviews with different stakeholders,finds out the problems and reasons existing in the operation of corporate university training system of H Group,and makes an analysis and research.At the same time,it compares the training management practices of advanced enterprises in China and the industry,The training planning system,training course content system,training lecturer system,training ecological resource system and training management system of H Group Enterprise University are optimized,and the training system of H Group Enterprise University is further improved.The existing training resources are integrated to form a "one-in-one,three-in-four-center" training structure,and a "one-base,five-introduction and three-training" training course system is built to promote enterprise knowledge management and talent team building,further enhance the competitive strength of sustainable development of enterprises and help enterprises develop with high quality. |
