| At present,hazardous chemical enterprises are gradually developing to the centralization of chemical industrial parks,which will greatly reduce transportation costs and improve economic benefits.However,with the further implementation of the "zone into the park" for hazardous chemical enterprises,the number of major hazard installations in chemical industrial parks has increased significantly,causing the increasing risk of hazardous chemical leaks,fires and explosions.The safety problems of chemical industrial parks will be further highlighted as well.This paper takes the accidental injury effect of major hazard installations in chemical industrial parks as the penetration point.Starting from the dynamic development of major hazard accidents in the chemical park,the risk analysis of major hazard accidents in the chemical park and research on the emergency rescue system were carried out as well.The main work and achievements are shown as follows:(1)Aiming at the four typical accident modes of major hazard sources in chemical parks,such as leakage and diffusion,steam cloud explosions,pool fires,and BLEVE,the damage effects of this such four accident are analyzed from the disaster mechanism.A numerical calculation for the injury effect of four typical accident modes was developed by Matlab.Based on actual engineering cases,the disaster-causing process of four accident modes,and the hazard results of the corresponding accidents were obtained.(2)Considering the domino effect caused by major hazard accidents in the chemical park,a dynamic classification model of major hazards in the chemical park based on the domino effect was established.Combining with the work done by the enterprises in the chemical park in terms of safety measures and emergency management,an indicator system for the emergency management capability of the chemical park was established.The fuzzy AHP was introduced to further optimize the dynamic classification model of major hazards in the chemical park,and a case study was carried out.(3)The key factors affecting the emergency rescue of major hazard accidents in chemical industrial parks were selected from the internal and external aspects,combined with Markov chain to conduct the cross-influence analysis of various influencing factors,and the mutual influence law within each factor was analyzed as well.The potential risks in chemical industrial parks are comprehensively evaluated,and the emergency rescue system of major hazard accidents was established,which provides references for the determination of the emergency rescue plan for major hazard accidents and the site selection of the chemical park.There are 37 figures,32 tables and 89 references. |
