| Flipped classroom teaching mode is a kind of teaching mode that is not restricted by time and place,and can allow learners to learn in any place and at any time.In foreign countries,flipped classroom teaching model is very popular and has achieved fruitful research results.This paper aims to construct a cooperative flipped classroom teaching model that ADAPTS to the development characteristics of secondary vocational students through innovation of flipped classroom teaching model,promote students’ awareness of cooperative learning,enhance students’ autonomous learning ability,cultivate students’ innovative spirit,realize students’ all-round development,improve teachers’ information literacy,and provide reference for teaching reform of practical training courses in secondary vocational schools.Through the investigation of practical training course teaching of fitter in secondary vocational schools,it is found that traditional practical training course mainly focuses on theoretical teaching,and students have less practical operation time and weak grasp of fitter skills.The training place is not perfect enough to meet the learning needs of students;Classroom teaching is lack of the cultivation of students’ core qualities,which affects the teaching quality.In order to improve the deficiency of pre-teaching,enhance practical training and practice,and improve the comprehensive quality of learners.This paper proposes the cooperative flipped classroom teaching model and applies it to the practical training course of secondary vocational fitter,which can be divided into the following stages: First,through reading the literature related to flipped classroom and cooperative learning,the existing examples are deeply analyzed and the research direction is defined.At the same time,through the questionnaire survey,interview research to understand the implementation of secondary vocational fitter training course and flipped classroom teaching status.Secondly,on the basis of the flipped classroom teaching model,the concept of cooperative learning is integrated into the design of multiple teaching evaluation table,with the purpose of improving students’ self-learning ability and comprehensive quality,the cooperative flipped classroom teaching model is constructed.Finally,taking block teaching and stage comprehensive training as an example,the implementation of teaching application research.Through the practice of cooperative flipped classroom teaching,it can be concluded that,compared with traditional classroom,students have a higher degree of recognition for flipped classroom.In the learning mode of cooperative flipped classroom,students’ autonomous learning ability has been significantly improved,and they show higher enthusiasm in interactive and cooperative activities,with higher class participation,less fear of difficulties,and stronger interest in learning.Through the effective pre-class preview,class group cooperation,discussion between teachers and students,questions and answers,and evaluation and feedback after class in the cooperative flipped classroom teaching mode,the teaching status of the practical training course for secondary vocational fitters has been improved.The cooperative flipped classroom teaching model proposed in this paper has achieved good results through practice,which is helpful to promote the reform and practice of fitter practical training course in secondary vocational schools. |
