Environmental protection industry refers to the industry that provides products and services for the sustainable development of public economy in the national economic structure.With the continuous growth of the domestic public economy,the ecological environment is becoming more and more destructive.The prosperity of the environmental protection industry has brought strong conditions for the implementation of the sustainable development strategy,which is of great value to promote the healthy growth of the national economy.Suzhou PW Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as PW company)is a company that researches and develops solid waste resource treatment and utilization technology,water pollution treatment technology,equipment and new energy,provides technology transfer and technical consultation,and undertakes water pollution treatment and construction based on the scientific and technological achievements of "double first-class" University.Promotion of technology and materialization of engineering construction is the focus of the company’s development.In this thesis,PEST model is used to analyze the political environment,economic environment,social environment and scientific and technological environment of PW company,and Porter’s five forces model is used to analyze the environmental protection technology industry of PW company.It is found that: there are a large number of existing companies with fierce competition;industry barriers are high and it is difficult to enter;mainstream technology has been formed and it is less likely to be replaced;some companies have overcapacity and the bargaining power of suppliers is weak;in the field of environmental infrastructure,the government is the main demand body,the purchasing and bargaining power is strong,and the bargaining power of environmental protection companies is weak in the field of high marketization Strong.The SWOT model is used to clarify the advantages and disadvantages of PW company,as well as the risks and opportunities it faces.It is determined that PW company takes the cost leadership strategy as the main strategy and the differentiation strategy as the alternative strategy.Based on this,this thesis studies the criteria and measures of PW company’s competitive strategy,and designs measures to ensure the implementation of PW company’s competitive strategy based on the four aspects of culture,system,talent and technology. |
