In recent years,the environmental protection industry has grown very rapidly because of the good national policies.China’s environmental protection industry development started nearly two decades later than the developed countries,the experience of the western developed countries revealed that adequate resources and good environment are the basis of economic growth and social progress.With the acceleration of China’s urbanization process,the government pays more attention to environmental protection issues,the people’s demand for living environment is higher,the concept of green life is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,the demand for environmental protection industry has increased dramatically.The report of the 19 th National Congress states that "the ecological environment should be treated as how the life is treated",and President Xi Jinping has repeatedly mentioned in his important speech that " Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.",which fully reflects China’s emphasis on the construction of ecological civilization.Environmental pollution control is an important part of the construction of ecological civilization,and China will continue to increase the solution of environmental pollution control problems in the future.In this context,China’s environmental protection industry will gradually move from the rapid growth stage to the mature stage,pollution control quality will be further improved,the efficiency of pollutant treatment will continue to increase,environmental protection industry development prospects are great.The hazards of hazardous waste are enormous,and the random discharge and storage will cause serious pollution to air,soil,groundwater,etc.It will seriously affect the normal conduct of economic and social activities,and human exposure to hazardous waste will cause poisoning and even life-threatening.Therefore,the "reduced,resourced and harmless" treatment of hazardous waste is one of the important work of environmental protection enterprises,and the future development of hazardous waste disposal enterprises will be faster and faster.Based on the current internal situation of Z Enterprise,combined with external macro-environment analysis,competitive environment analysis and enterprise development strategy research and analysis,this paper uses PEST analysis,Porter five-force model and SWOT analysis to discuss the internal and external environment of the enterprise and its own resource capabilities,form a comprehensive judgment of Z.Through the company’s development strategy of location,selection,implementation and safeguard measures to provide appropriate recommendations for the development of Z.Through the above analysis,a preliminary conclusion is drawn that WO transformation strategy is more suitable for the development of enterprises.At present,enterprises still have problems such as single financing platform and loose financial management.Enterprises should make full use of external development opportunities and their own advantages to further improve the market share of hazardous waste disposal,improve the existing problems,and improve the brand awareness of enterprises.Horizontal integration strategy and innovation strategy are adopted at the corporate level.At the business level,the cost leadership strategy is used to improve the market share of hazardous waste treatment business,and the differentiation strategy is used to expand the business scale of environmental protection related services such as environmental assessment and testing.At the functional level,we will further deepen changes in technology,talent and finance.For the smooth implementation of enterprise development strategy,enterprise should through company independently,strategic alliances and mergers and acquisitions three development path to strengthen the company organization structure change,enterprise culture development and technical personnel team construction,should strengthen the cooperation with various industries enterprise ability,and through acquisitions to explore other area market.At present,the environmental protection industry is flourishing and developing.The research results of this paper can provide some valuable reference for hazardous waste management enterprises and other types of environmental protection companies to choose the development direction and path.
