In recent years,in order to promote the healthy development of the chemical industry,the state policy on the chemical industry is increasingly tightened,the domestic and foreign chemical market is also gradually saturated,the chemical industry operating environment is poor,the profitability of the test.In order to survive well,a chemical enterprise must make profits in its operation and management.Talents are the primary assets of the company.To improve people’s satisfaction,the work performance of the enterprise can be improved,the work quality can be improved,and the organizational centripetal force can be enhanced,promote the development of enterprises and enhance competitiveness.In this paper,L chemical enterprises as the research object,through employee interview information,the use of SWOT analysis of enterprise employee satisfaction analysis,it is found that there are many problems in the development environment,talent selection,salary management,performance management and so on.In order to further study the problems of employee satisfaction in L chemical enterprises,this paper constructs the evaluation index model of employee satisfaction in L Chemical Enterprises,screening out the work itself,the work environment,the work return,the interpersonal relations,the enterprise management and so on 5 second-level indicators and 25 third-level indicators,using the questionnaire survey method to carry on the investigation to the staff satisfaction degree,the data collected from the questionnaire were analyzed,and the employee satisfaction was calculated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The key influencing factors were identified and analyzed.On the basis of the evaluation results of employee satisfaction in L chemical enterprise,according to the identified negative influencing factors of employee satisfaction,this paper puts forward 14 improvement strategies,such as strengthening enterprise safety management,improving workplace comfort,reforming salary management system,paying attention to employees’ mental health,perfecting performance management system,etc.,in order to solve the problems found,improve the satisfaction of L chemical enterprise employees.In this paper,L chemical enterprise staff satisfaction of the study and conclusions,for other chemical enterprises also have some reference.
