| With the arrival of knowledge economy,the competition between enterprises changes from the resource into the talents.The problem of employee dimission has intensified,which makes many enterprises fall into the double predicament of recruitment difficulty and retention difficulty.Xinyuan chemical co.,LTD.is a private chemical enterprise with petrochemical industry as the industry leader,spanning energy,electric power,machinery and other industries.In recent years,the phenomenon of employee dimission occurs frequently,resulting in the increase of enterprise employment costs,technology loss,customer loss and other related problems come one after another.Employee turnover has become an important factor that affects the enterprise market competitiveness.This paper,in accordance with the idea of "put forward problems,analyze problems and solve problems",first of all,analyzes the influencing factors of employee turnover,combining expectation theory,attribution theory and other related theories,and lists the Alibaba Group and Haidilao staff management system,starting from the effect of the system construction,it clears the effect on the stability of the system construction for enterprise employees.Secondly,the status quo of employee stability in the enterprise was analyzed from different perspectives such as gender,age,position,educational background and working years to understand the characteristics of employees and the basic information of resigned employees.Thirdly,by summarizing the interview records of the former employees and conducting a satisfaction survey of the current employees,the existing problems in the system construction of Xinyuan chemical co.,LTD were found out.Finally,through interviews with the supervisors to find the balance between the needs of the employees and the company’s development and give corresponding countermeasures for existing problems of the enterprise based on its actual situation,from the wages and benefits,performance evaluation,employee career development and promotion,staff motivation,enterprise management and so on.The purpose of this paper is to connect staff turnover problems with the role of enterprise system construction.By analyzing the factors affecting staff turnover and combining with the current situation of the enterprise,the retention mechanism of the enterprise is established.The innovations of this paper are shown in the following two aspects:First,try to establish the retention mechanism of chemical industry enterprises.After analyzing the reasons for employee dimission,scholars at home and abroad pay more attention to the specific measures to retain employees,but few build the overall improvement framework from the perspective of enterprise management mechanism.This paper focuses on building a retention mechanism based on the overall interests of the enterprise and comprehensively measures the feasibility of suggestions through in-depth interviews with the leaders in charge,which will be more reliable and guaranteed in the formulation process.Second,carry out special research on chemical industry enterprises.At present,few scholars carry out research on staff turnover problems in the chemical industry.This paper comprehensively analyzes the staff characteristics in Xinyuan chemical co.,LTD,takes the chemical industry grassroots staff as the research object for a special study,which has a certain degree of innovation. |
