| The disordered arrangement of abrasive grains has the problems of redundant abrasive grains and limited chip space,which restricts the development of grinding technology.The abrasive grains of the ordered abrasive grains grinding wheel can realize the orderly arrangement of abrasive grains and reasonably control the spacing of abrasive grains,so as to solve the problems of the disordered abrasive grains grinding wheel to a certain extent.The research on the ordered abrasive grains grinding wheel can promote the development of grinding technology.Based on the parametric arrangement,this paper carries out the research on the ordering of abrasive particles,analyzes the influence of the ordering parameters on the surface roughness by establishing the grinding model of the ordered grinding wheel and the grinding surface morphology simulation model,then makes some improvements on the basis of the existing preparation of the ordered grinding wheel,prepares the ordered grinding wheel,and finally verifies the simulation model through the grinding experiment.The main work is as follows:Firstly,the simulation of ordered grinding of abrasive grains is modeled.In the model,the quadrilateral is used as the cross-section shape of the grinding process of abrasive grains.Then,the motion trajectory of abrasive grains is analyzed.After completing the simulation of the grinding motion trajectory of all abrasive grains,and then removing the redundant trajectory,the surface morphology of the workpiece after grinding by ordered grinding wheel can be obtained,and the surface roughness can be calculated by formula,Then,the influence of order parameters(arrangement space and arrangement inclination)on surface roughness is studied.Secondly,the ordered grinding wheel is prepared.Firstly,the pulse laser and moving platform are combined to make corresponding holes on the outer circle of the grinding wheel according to the ordered position of the grinding particles,then the grinding particles are put into the holes,and finally the appropriate induction heating parameters are selected to fix the grinding particles on the grinding wheel substrate,so as to complete the preparation of the ordered grinding wheel.Finally,the titanium alloy grinding experiment is carried out on the prepared ordered grinding wheel.The grinding model of the ordered grinding wheel is tested by measuring the surface roughness after grinding and comparing it with the simulation value. |
