Research On Flexible Thermal Management Materials With Self-cleaning Function

In recent ten years,Personal Thermal Management(PTM)has attracted great attention.Especially in recent years,the demand for energy conservation and the requirements for diversified thermoregulation have further promoted the development of PTM technology.PTM includes cooling,warming and adaptive thermoregulation of the human body.The introduction of PTM function into textiles can not only satisfy the thermal comfort of human body,but also reduce the energy consumption caused by space cooling and heating.In this thesis,three kinds of personal cooling type thermal management materials,ZnO/PLA fiber fabric,ZnO-TiO2/PLA fiber fabric and ZnO-TiO2-porous PDMS/PLA fiber fabric,were prepared,and their correlation analysis,characterization and performance testing were carried out.The main results are as follows:(1)ZnO/PLA fiber fabric was prepared by dipping coating.The morphology and composition of the prepared fabric were analyzed and tested by means of SEM,XPS,XRD and FTIR.Meanwhile,in the optical properties test,the average reflectance of ZnO/PLA fabrics with the best optical properties is 76.19%in the visible near infrared(390~2500 nm)band and the average emissivity is 92.24%in the middle infrared(8~14μm)band.The hydrophobicity test shows that the average contact Angle of the fabric surface is 137.86°and the rolling Angle is 6.8°,which has excellent hydrophobicity.The test results show that the fabric has relatively high visible near-infrared reflectivity and high mid-infrared emissivity,and excellent hydrophobicity and air permeability.(2)ZnO-TiO2/PLA fiber fabric was prepared by dipping coating.The morphology and composition of the prepared fabric were analyzed and tested by means of SEM,XPS,XRD and FTIR.Meanwhile,In the optical performance test,the average reflectance of ZnO-TiO2/PLA fiber fabric with the best optical performance is 77.15%in visible near infrared(390~2500 nm)band,and the average emissivity is 95.17%in middle infrared(8~14μm)band.The hydrophobicity test shows that the average contact Angle of the fabric surface is 134.92°and the rolling Angle is 6.9°,showing excellent hydrophobic performance.The test results show that the visible near-infrared reflectivity and mid-infrared emissivity of the fabric are further improved,and the hydrophobicity and air permeability are good.(3)ZnO-TiO2-porous PDMS/PLA fiber fabric was prepared by spinning coating,and the hydrophobic structure was constructed on the surface by spraying method.The morphology and composition of the prepared fabric were tested by means of SEM,XPS,XRD and FTIR.Meanwhile,In the optical performance test,the average reflectance of ZnO-TiO2-porous PDMS/PLA fiber fabric with the best optical properties is 83.17%in visible near infrared(390~2500 nm)band,and the average emissivity is 93.82%in middle infrared(8~14μm)band.The hydrophobicity test shows that the average contact Angle of the fabric surface is 136.08°and the rolling Angle is 5.6°.After comprehensive evaluation,the fabric meets the requirements of personal cooling thermal management material,and has self-cleaning function and good air permeability.
