| Since the beginning of the 21 st century,China’s economic growth rate has slowed down continuously,and the goal of China’s economic development is now gradually shifting from expanding production scale to optimizing industrial structure.Against this background,we must shift from the previous development model of high input,high consumption and high emissions,and gradually transition to the development model of green development,gradually transition to green development.As a new factor to promote long-term economic growth,ecological capital has attracted wide attention from the society and the government in realizing green development and sustainable development.The report to the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that nature is the basic condition for human survival and development.We must firmly establish and practice the idea that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets,promote industrial restructuring and optimization,improve scientific and technological innovation capacity,and promote green economic development.With 30 provinces in China as a research area,with the help of industrial structure theory,marginal benefit theory,economic growth theory,"two mountains" theory and green development theory,using Arcgis10.6 and stata16.0 China 2010-2020 ecological capital and industrial structure,ecological capital sequence evolution pattern of marginal benefit and spatial distribution characteristics,on the basis of the spatial measurement analysis method analysis the spatial correlation of industrial structure and the marginal benefit of ecological capital and the role of the relationship between the two.The study shows:(1)In the time distribution of natural resources stock,the proportion of nature reserves in the area changes small,the total amount of water resources is wave trend,forest area,afforestation area,wetland area,urban green area increases,grassland area decreases year by year;in the spatial distribution,the total level of natural resources stock shows the trend of "high in the west and low in the east".In terms of the time distribution of ecosystem service value,the value of national ecosystem service shows an increasing trend;the spatial distribution of the level of ecological service value is uneven,higher in Inner Mongolia and Heilongjiang in the south and north,and the lowest ecological service value in North China.In time distribution of ecological environment quality,the national ecological environment is steadily improving;the distribution characteristics of "high in south and low in north".In terms of the temporal distribution of ecological capital,the national ecological capital level increases;in the spatial distribution,the ecological capital level shows the distribution characteristics of "high in west and low in east".(2)Space-time evolution characteristics of advanced industrial structure and marginal benefit of ecological capital:From the perspective of time,the overall performance of advanced industrial structure shows the growth trend;from the perspective of space,both the advanced industrial structure and marginal benefit of ecological capital show the distribution characteristics of "high in east and low in west" and the decreasing trend from east to west.(3)Spatial distribution characteristics of advanced industrial structure and marginal benefits of ecological capital:Provincial advanced industrial structure and marginal benefits of ecological capital both show relatively significant spatial correlation.(4)Within the research area,if the advanced industrial structure,technological innovation and population density are improved,it will play a very significant role in promoting the rise of the marginal benefit of ecological capital.The improvement of the urbanization level will hinder the improvement of the marginal benefit of ecological capital to some extent.In addition,the advanced industrial structure and technological innovation have spatial spillover effect,indicating that the advanced industrial structure and technological innovation not only play a positive role in promoting the marginal benefit of local ecological capital,but also play a significant role in promoting the marginal benefit of ecological capital in adjacent areas.According to the research conclusion,this paper puts forward the suggestions of accelerating industrial transformation and upgrading,improving the development level of modern service industry,promoting the upgrading of industrial structure;strengthening regional industrial cooperation and establishing industrial spatial connection;accelerating the promotion of regional technological innovation ability and promoting the economic green development. |
