The coal mine underground sump is an important facility for accommodating the mine water gushing,precipitating the solid particles in the mine water,preventing the mine flood,and ensuring the safe production of the coal mine.The "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" stipulates that the slime deposited in the sump should be cleaned up in time before the rainy season to ensure the safe production of coal mines.The existing equipment cannot clean the coal slime of the sump very well.There are two reasons for this: Firstly,the sump in the coal mine is generally composed of roadways,and the mechanical equipment is limited by the space of the sump when cleaning the coal slime from the sump;Secondly,it is because the coal slime deposited in the sump has special adhesion,which will stick to the cleaning tools and reduce the cleaning efficiency.According to statistics,most coal mining enterprises still rely on manual dredging to clean the sump slime.Although this cleaning method can effectively clean the sump slime,the labor intensity of workers is high and the digging takes a long time.In this paper,a high degree of automation,safe and reliable,simple and compact structure is designed.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The coal mine sump environment and the status quo of the coal slime cleaning operation in the sump are analyzed.Combining the physical properties of the coal slime,the overall planning of the coal slime cleaning machine is carried out,and the mechanism analysis and scheme design of the bucket tipping mechanism are conducted.(2)The parameter design and structural design of the coal mine sump slime tipping bucket cleaning machine are carried out,including the structural design of the bucket,the structural design of the tipping bucket mechanism,the structural design of the lifting device,and the design of the walking mechanism,etc,the main components of cleaning machine and the overall three-dimensional model are established by Solid Works software.(3)The dynamic static analysis of tipping bucket mechanism and lifting link mechanism are carried out,the hydraulic load of tipping bucket mechanism and lifting link mechanism are calculated.The hydraulic system of the slime cleaning machine and the diagrams of hydraulic schematic are designed.And the hydraulic motors and hydraulic cylinders are selected and calculated.(4)The three working conditions of the bucket and the frame are analyzed by the finite element analysis software ANSYS/Workbench,the magnitude and distribution of the deformation and stress of each component are understanded under the ultimate working condition,and the simulation results of each component stiffness and strength requirements are analyzed.There are 56 figures,7 tables and 56 references.
