CMF Design And Application Of Drilling And Milling Machine For Slender Pipe Fittings

With the continuous development of global industrialization,various types of general machinery and equipment have become increasingly mature.Drilling machines,milling machines,and other widely used machinery production and manufacturing technologies have all formed a standardized product matrix.To further improve enterprise production efficiency,the development of specialized equipment has become a hot topic in current industrial mother machine manufacturing.In this article,we specifically address the processing needs of a slender pipe used in the production of textile machinery products.We have comprehensively designed a new type of drilling and milling composite machine based on current drilling equipment,milling equipment,and machine tool platforms.As the industrial mother machine market matures,the design of industrial products becomes increasingly important for their own marketing value.Therefore,this article analyzes the design pain points and extracts design elements,applying the CMF(color,material,and finish)design concept to the design of the slender pipe drilling and milling composite machine.Specific research processes and design plans are proposed in three parts.First,through field research and investigation,the pain points in CMF design of existing slender pipe drilling and milling composite machines are analyzed and summarized.Imagery words are then determined for potential users to evaluate the appearance of drilling and milling composite machines.Secondly,the basic structural design of the drilling and milling composite machine is completed based on the processing needs of slender pipe weaving shafts.Finally,based on the basic structure,potential customers,and front line workers’ double perspectives,as well as references to the standards of color,material properties,and surface treatment processes,we select the colors,materials,and surface treatment processes that can meet the external expectations of the drilling and milling composite machine to complete its external design.The further expansion of the application scope of CMF design concept can provide a reference for the innovative design of other similar products.Throughout slender pipe drilling and milling composite machine CMF design,changes not only to machine appearance but also the enhancement of product added value can be made.Therefore,CMF design has important significance for enhancing the aesthetic value of related industrial products.In the last part of the article,we propose the improvement space for CMF design in future related research.The research on slender pipe drilling and milling composite machine will likely develop in several directions,and new turning points will come in future industrial products.
