Manufacturing industry plays an important role in the national economy and directly affects the economic development.As an important part of manufacturing industry,mold industry is widely used in automobile manufacturing,toy production,precision processing and other fields.However,mold users,especially small and medium-sized enterprises,still rely mainly on manual operation in mold management.This leads to a large number of molds and management confusion,which seriously affects the use efficiency of molds and the benefit of enterprises.Therefore,small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises are faced with mold management problems that need to be solved urgently.In order to solve the above problems,bar code technology is used as the information carrier,and FPGA is used as the hardware implementation part.At the same time,an online management system is constructed to realize the intelligent management of the mold.This method will help enterprises manage molds more efficiently,improve production efficiency,and then enhance the competitiveness and profitability of enterprises.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Through the investigation of the existing automatic identification technology,aiming at the mold use needs of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,bar code technology is selected as the carrier of mold information.The existing bar code type information capacity,error correction ability,whether to rely on the network and other aspects of performance are compared,and finally QR code is selected as the information carrier of the system.(2)The collected barcode image is preprocessed by filtering,edge detection and other links.The PSNR value and SSIM value are introduced as the measurement parameters to compare the performance of Gaussian filter,mean filter and median filter,and the median filter is selected as the filtering algorithm of the system.At the same time,a Sobel edge detection algorithm based on genetic algorithm is proposed.Compared with the classical Sobel algorithm,the improved algorithm realizes the adaptive edge detection threshold,solves the influence of threshold setting and lighting conditions on the edge detection results,and has better detection effect than the traditional algorithm,and the bar code outline is clearer.(3)In the web network environment,an online mold management system is designed based on Vue+spring boot front-end and back-end separation architecture.The system stores and manages the relevant information required by the system through MySQL database.Its core functions include mold information management and personnel information management,which realizes the intelligent management requirements for small and medium-sized enterprises and effectively improves the production efficiency.This design mainly includes FPGA hardware and online management system.The FPGA part communicates with the host computer through the Ethernet multi-layer protocol,transmits the relevant image information to the host computer,and realizes the functions of bar code acquisition,graying,filtering,edge detection and so on.The main part of online mold management is to realize the management of mold,personnel and other related production information.Through the processing of these two parts,the management requirements of the enterprise for the use of the mold are realized,which is in line with the expected effect.
