Mold processing is mostly multi-variety and small-batch order-type production.The production schedule of mold processing enterprises provides an important production basis for manufacturing and processing,which directly affects the mold production and processing efficiency cost and the timely delivery of orders,thus affecting the market competitiveness of mold enterprises in the whole industry.Based on this,the development of an effective production scheduling system can not only help the mold enterprises to optimize the production scheduling plan and formulate an effective workshop execution plan to ensure timely delivery,but also realize the rational utilization of resources,reduce production costs and improve the operation efficiency of the enterprise,which is of great significance and application value to the mold processing enterprises.Aiming at the prominent problems existing in the mold production schedule of A company,such as low efficiency of manual production,low utilization rate of machine tools,low order delivery rate and low department information blocking,the production schedule cannot effectively guide the processing and production.Based on the existing mold management system of A company,this paper plans,designs and develops production scheduling subsystem,designs rough and precise production scheduling algorithm,and realizes various functional structure modules of production scheduling subsystem.Finally,it analyzes the implementation effect of the system.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on the sorting out of the mold production process of A company and the analysis of the existing problems in the mold management system,the requirements of production scheduling subsystem under mould management system for A company were analyzed,and the use cases of production scheduling subsystem under mould management system were analyzed in detail.(2)Based on production scheduling subsystem requirements analysis,the paper analyzes the system design principles and production scheduling subsystem and other subsystems relationship,determine the software architecture,development platform and system development language,framework,database technology,focuses on analyzing the function of production scheduling subsystem module structure,and the row of production scheduling subsystem has carried on the overall process design.(3)Specific design is carried out for each functional structure module of production scheduling subsystem,including: function design to determine the entity relationship data dictionary design,focusing on the scheduling module rough scheduling and precise scheduling algorithm design.(4)Based on the overall design and module design of the production scheduling subsystem,with Visual Studio 2015 as the development platform,and using C# language,the ASP.NET MVC framework was built and the development of production scheduling subsystem under mould management system for A company was realized in combination with Microsoft SQL Server 2012,and the module function of the system was realized and tested after the completion of the development.Finally,the results of the rough scheduling algorithm are analyzed by means of three indexes: the time required to complete a production schedule,the completion time and the utilization rate of machine tools.Through the equipment utilization ratio,the production cost of single mould,the mould productivity,the on time delivery rate four indexes to arrange production scheduling subsystem overall effect analysis.The production scheduling subsystem under mould management system developed in this paper can be used as a reference for order-type manufacturing enterprises.
