As an important part of chemical plant construction,the safety construction of chemical production is the main concern of China.Due to the complex environment and the use of dangerous chemicals in the production process,safety accidents often occur in the chemical plant.This thesis focuses on the complex environment containing major hazard sources in the chemical plant,and designs a set of personnel positioning and monitoring systems facing major danger sources to prevent personnel from occurring danger,and the key technologies in this system are studied and improved.This system is of great significance for ensuring the safety of personnel’s life and property.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)In order to solve the problems of low positioning accuracy and poor control,the ultra-wide band(UWB)positioning technology and dead reckoning algorithm(PDR)are studied respectively.And a positioning algorithm based on the fusion of UWB and PDR is proposed.Particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm was used to integrate the location results of UWB and PDR,which could make up for the shortcomings of a single location algorithm.The change of heading angles was used to dynamically change the number of particle swarm,which reduces the complexity of the algorithm.The results showed that the improved fusion positioning algorithm could improve the positioning accuracy and reduce the positioning time.(2)Aiming at the problem of insufficient prevention of personnel contact with major hazard sources in chemical plants,a location algorithm for major hazard sources was proposed.Firstly,an adaptive extended Kalman filtering algorithm against Non-Line-Of-Sight(NLOS)error is proposed to reduce the ranging error caused by the NLOS effect of UWB signals in the chemical plant area and improve the ranging accuracy.Secondly,the distance between the mobile node and each base station node in the area is calculated as the weight,and compared with other areas to determine the location of the target area.Finally,a posteriori correction mechanism was proposed to correct the possible positioning errors and realize the accurate positioning of the region.The results showed that the algorithm has high accuracy and meets the positioning requirements.(3)Aiming at the problems of insufficient personnel supervision and no effective prevention before the occurrence of accidents in chemical factories,a behavior alarm mechanism based on regional positioning results and tracking was proposed.This mechanism mainly includes two alarm situations: regional intrusion and regional stay,and regional stay alarm can be subdivided into static stay alarm and dynamic stay alarm.When the personnel enter the dangerous area,The alarm mechanism can judge the specific behavior of personnel through positioning,tracking and making corresponding alarm notifications.(4)In view of the lack of perfect personnel safety management in chemical plant,a personnel positioning and monitoring system for major hazard sources was constructed.The system includes personnel positioning and monitoring functions,and personnel information and label information for comprehensive management,which could improve the efficiency of personnel management.
