S Company is a national small giant enterprise specializing in the food and beverage packaging industry,deeply plowing into the sub field of PET packaging mold in this industry,and providing the industry with a full set of engineering services from product research and development,testing,testing,mold production and application.S Company’s sales at home and abroad account for 50% respectively.Its main customers include well-known beverage brands and packers.Its main products include A and B categories;The market share of Class A/B products is the first in Asia and the second in the world.In recent years,the domestic market of the food and beverage industry has changed from incremental to stock,and the growth of the industry is weak.While overseas markets,especially emerging markets such as India,South America and Africa,grew rapidly,the COVID-19 epidemic,on the one hand,affected the convenience of product exports(especially engineering products),on the other hand,it also deeply affected the rethinking and layout of the supply chain of countries around the world,and S Company’s export business also faced greater competitive pressure.In the face of increasingly complex international and domestic market conditions,how to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises is an outstanding problem that S Company urgently needs to solve at present.In this paper,the internal and external environment of S Company is analyzed and studied by referring to the research theory of strategic management of Chinese and foreign enterprises.On this basis,the future enterprise strategy of S Company: relevant diversification strategy is obtained.It mainly includes: First,analyze the macro environment of the company through PEST analysis method;Second,the industrial chain of S Company is sorted out,and the competitive pattern of S Company’s industry is analyzed through Porter’s five forces model;Thirdly,according to the actual situation of S Company,the internal environment is analyzed to identify the core competitiveness of S Company;Fourth,based on the SWOT analysis method,list the current strategies that the enterprise can choose;5、 Clarify the company’s strategic choice-SO strategy;Sixthly,the relevant diversified development strategies are strategically decomposed.S Company is a typical small giant enterprise specializing in manufacturing industry.This paper uses the enterprise strategic management theory to analyze and deduce the relevant diversification development strategy of the enterprise in the future and the implementation of the corresponding business strategy and strategy,which has certain reference significance for the small giant enterprise specializing in manufacturing industry to take the relevant diversification development road.
